This location is so nasty. I noticed it had pieces of corn on top of the sour cream the work area was not clean the buffet... layout was sloppy. How hard is it to wipe and keep the cheese and beans separate. someone drop juice inside the spoons andforks. There were no napkins available. The management should be ashamed because this is a mall location traffic is heavy soclean up more and tell your people if your spill corn in the sour cream clean it up. So disappointing ???????? So I ordered my food through the app at 7:18 pm, the earliest time slot that was available was for 8 pm. I go into the... restaurant at 8:02 pm, and my food had not even been started. When asked about the food, the manager had to search for myreceipt. Only to find out that I still had a wait for the chicken and steak to get done. Another 15 minutes for the chicken and5 minutes for the steak. Then found out while I was waiting for those items, there was no more cheese. Now I have to wait 5-10working days for a refund. After the employee Ms. Alayshia was rude to me when I asked her about a refund. Was told that Ineeded to go back on to the app to request a refund. Thankfully, the manager that was on duty gave me the customer servicenumber. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN will I be going to the Iverson Mall location. Read more

Long wait times. They place priority on the online orders. They should have a separate station like the one in Clinton does. I... don?t like that they talk over the food without a mask. Also, when ordering they don?t give you a chance to state what you wouldlike?why are you asking about toppings before you even start my bowl. It just throws me off. I went into the restaurant with intentions to purchase some food, but I asked to use the restroom first because i did not want... to take my food into a restroom. The restroom needs a code to enter so i asked for the code. I was then told by a employee and asupervisor that i have to purchase something to in order use the restroom. I told them i am buying something but i have to usethe restroom first. So they didn?t give me a paying customer (repeatedly) the restroom code i was told that they would get introuble. So i proceeded to leave and not buy anything because that is ridiculous. Why should I A customer have to buy my foodfirst then take it to the restroom with me!! They are GHETTO AND NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Read more

I was pleasantly surprised. Not to be rude but I know this area, I was expecting my experience at this chipotle to reflect the... area. But the staff was efficient, professional, and nice.
