1st time I got 4 fries with my 3 tenders. Usually they pack the fries in the meals. Maybe consider getting a side of fries ?

Just spoke with the manager. As a cook in the US Merchant Marines; I purchased an 8 piece family chicken and it was too salty... with table salt. Manager advised they don?t use table salt, and I replied, table salt was what I tasted, she went on tosay?maybe they didn?t shift the flour? and asked whether I wanted to come and get another meal and I replied,?no thank you.? Mypoint; I am hoping they are consistent in terms of preparation. I am hoping Coporate or other franchises see this post. The women's bathroom was atrocious. It smelled of fecal matter and had some smeared onto the toilet seat. The sink had a soap... dispenser on the left, the water in the middle and a hand dryer on the right. My 4 year old washed his hands first and used thedryer. When I tried it wouldn't work which prompted me to look underneath. To my shock I see black mold in several places. Thereneeds to be something better, I understand trying to go green but not at the expense of dying your hands with black mold growingunderneath. My husband used the men's room and mentioned that the wall soap dispenser wasn't working properly so the top wasoff, meaning the men would have to dip their unclean hands into the entire quantity of liquid soap. I?ve seen the reviews but I have to give a shout out to Walter and some of the employees. . When I say Walter was on point.... Greeted me when I was getting my soda. Told me that at Royal Farms our customers are in charge. Every person he encountered hewould speak and when we left, like a true gentleman, he opened the door. Now everyone was friendly, but Walter?s warmth andcheerfulness just unbelievably stood out. When I received my potato wedges, the employee gave them to me with a smile, greetedme and told me to have a good day. Couldn?t get the name. But all I know is that?s customer service! Kudos to you Walter andsome of the employees. You made my day! Oh by the way, the wedges were piping hot, just like I like them. Read more

If I could give a 0 that?s what it would be. Service was TERRIBLE food was TERRIBLE probably because it was made 10 days ago.... This is unacceptable. I will be going to corporate and if I get sick I will be suing, I will be calling health inspectors. I?mat a loss for words. Read more

This royal farms is in a easily accessible location and visible from the high way. The gas prices were really great as well. I... went at 9pm on a Monday and the food selection want that great at the time but you can't go wrong with the chicken. I'drecommend for a quick bite and fill up Read more

Let me just tell you I would never go back to this Royal Farms again! went in this morning and the morning crew had the worst... attitude. I mean don't come to work if you don't want to work the morning shift just don't come. Outside of that the potatowedges I bought with my chicken sandwich were greasy and chewy, taste like they've been refried or sat under the light allnight. the fryers and all of the equipment and stuff look like it has not been cleaned since the day the place opened. thechicken station was dirty they weren't frying any fresh chicken especially at the time that I was there. at 10 o'clock youshould be getting ready for the lunch crew I mean it just looked a mess. there's dust on the monitors and like I said the fryersare nasty with old grease and it just was not a very pleasant sight. This is my first and last time ever going there. then I'lltalk to the store manager mr. Otis and he's talking about they weren't there working on getting better servers I mean for real Iwould have just sent the young lady back home because the way she was looking. her appearance and also her attitude that's notthe type of person you want representing your store and it's so sad because it's so stereotypical especially in the blackcommunities is where you see this type of nonsense.
