Kudos to the owner of this outlet. It feels like you are stepping back in time, when business owners wanted to offer great... customer service. The night we visited there were FIVE (5) employees working. They were all friendly, polite, and serviceoriented. None of them were on their phones. We were helped by CJ. It was refreshing to see young adults who could hold aconversation. I would go out of my way to visit this outlet again. Read more
Does Baskin Robbins hate its employees? I was going to give a $3 tip and it wouldn't let me. Max tip is horrible.
Lindsey has the worst attitude she's talks back to customers and yells at them as well as makes in appropriate comments about... customers to her other co-workers. Accept to wait 20 minutes considering your the only customer in line. I would give this placea 0 star rating if I could! Customer service is important in a business and this place has none. Read more
Wow, a drive thru sounds good in theory but, totally pointless when the staff is just standing around inside not answering it or... aware cars are lined up (plus there's no customers inside either). We pulled up to the open window to get their attention. Noapology - just that they can't hear the drive thru from the inside and proceeded to move at a snails pace. We won't waste ourtime here again. My daughter just got the Unicorn Freakshake and is suuuuuper happy. She LOVED it! Pricey & messy, but she said well worth her... hard earned allowance. It was the first time the young ladies at this location had made it and they did a great job ???????? Read more
