Great ramen with spicy soap based and great favours. The sake flight was good value as well and I finished off with a matcha ice... cream. Remind me of visiting Japan and would definitely wanted to go there again. Read more

Pretty good ramen. Lighter soup base - beware as the garlic topping can overwhelm the taste of the broth. Wish it came with more... chashu for the price. Noodles are very good with excellent chew. Takoyaki was tasty but needed more octopus in my view. There?susually a wait at lunch, took about 40 minutes for my party of 2 on a Saturday. Overall not my favorite but definitely worthrevisiting. Most ramen places' noodle tend to have that strong alkalinity after-taste on their noodles but not this one. The spicy miso... ramen with cream corn is a bowl of heaven in rich dashi broth. Their chashu rice bowl and chicken karaage also don't disappoint! The new Summer Snow Cold Ramen is pretty unique. Worth to give it a try if there is no soy allergy (they use that to make thebroth snow White). Read more

I got the spicy miso butter corn ramen. Pretty good but probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here again especially since... it's base 20 dollars and not that mindblowing. My friend got the chicken paitan ramen which also tasted good to me but shewished there was more broth. In general the portions aren't that big for the price. For appetizers we got chicken karaage, vegetable tempura, and fried oysters. All were pretty tasty. Read more

I hardly give good reviews to ramen places because there aren't that many good ones in the bay area. This is one of the best... I've had here. Their chashu is fabulous - tender without a lot of fat. Most places I've been to before served dried and hard andsuper fat chashu just like chewing cardboard.... The clam soup was excellent. I normally don't drink much ramen soup but thisone is exceptional. I wished the ramen could be more chewy. Be careful of the spicy level though, we've got mild and it's prettyspicy. The chashu rice was soooooo good with red ginger! I hardly see red ginger here. The seasoning was perfect. The hot senchawas pretty good as well if you are into tea tasting. Matcha strawberry soft-serve was pretty good as well. We will definitely beback again very soon. Read more

I'm so glad Hinodeya opened a location in Campbell because now I don't need to drive to SF just to eat there. They're one of my... favorite ramen restaurants here in the bay area. Their broth is mostly dashi stock based so it is healthier which really sets itapart from most ramen shops here with creamier, fattier ramens like tonkotsu. I usually get the signature Hinodeya ramen or theclam ramen. Both are excellent and full of flavor! My friends and family also love the Tori paitan here. All of their ramen alsohas the option to customize spiciness. Appetizers here are also really tasty. I usually order the karaage and friedoysters. Ordering from here is done through your phone, which is nice because you can take your time looking through the menuwithout pressure. I have not gotten take out from here but I've seen that they offer really good deals for like 4 portions oframen. Service and great and it is a bit pricey but honestly it's priced similarly to other good ramen shops. Overall awonderful ramen shop, especially when you want a lighter option! Read more

Authentic Japanese ramen restaurant, friendly service, comfortable, clean environment with outdoor seating. The ramen soup base... was good, but the noodles were a bit on the soft side. Fried chicken was ok. Read more

If you like thick noodle in Ramen, i would definitely recommend this restaurant in San Jose. When we looked around menu in first... time, the price was little higher than we thought. However, We were satisfied with veggie cream ramen, clam ramen and vegetablefries! Also, Macha ice cream was really great! It was not sweet and I loved crunch ice cream cone. Read more
