Nice restaurant and clean.
Do not waste your time with online orders. When I started my order at 6:03pm, "ASAP" would be ready at 8:03pm. When I checked... out at 6:08pm, my order would be ready at 8:15pm. Upon arriving at 8:23pm, I was told they will let me know when it'sready. It is currently 8:58pm and I do not yet have my food. I have counted 62 customers served as I sit here waiting. I had aprevious review here, which I wanted to edit; but Google did not let me pull it up. In my previous review (which a few peoplemarked as helpful so I feel others have had this issue as well), I warned that this Panda Express location only offers 3-4 typesof entrées during the last hour they are open. It happened to me enough times that today I placed the online order. I will notbe returning to this location, it's worth driving to other locations if you're able to. Read more
Not so tasty. Mostly chicken, small portions of beef
My six-year old daughter accidentally dropped her potsticker. I asked to purchase a replacement potsticker. They only allow you... to order 3 at a time, so I couldn't get a single replacement potsticker for her unless I ordered a whole new order. They knewit was for her, but were heartless and didn't offer to replace the potsticker which was slimy and slippery to begin with. Irealize they don't have to do this, but most places wouldn't be so heartless. It really was disappointing. Plus we had to waitfor the potstickers to begin with, as they hadn't made new ones. Ordered a plate today, the almond crispy chicken was disgusting and dry. I use to get this chicken but I never seen one like one... I got today. I just threw away that foods in trash and I will never back again there. Read more
Generally I have had good experience with this place. Service is quick and great. Peak lunch hours you may see a line, but... otherwise a good place for quick lunch. Food is pretty consistent. Like their hot and sour soup, Chowmein & kung pao, blackpepper chicken! Read more
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE!! My family and I ordered online today, hoping to share a nice meal together and relax for the... afternoon. We picked up our food and headed home. Upon arrival, my sister opened her food only to find a bowl half full of riceand a few measly pieces of chicken inside. At first we figured that perhaps they were running out of that specific item andtossed in the few remains and called it a day (understandable if they were busy or in a hurry). However as we continued openingour food boxes, we came to find that not one, not two, but ALL of our plates were the exact same. We were given a scoop of riceand three or four COLD pieces of meat. I ordered beef with broccoli and string bean chicken, however I received broccoli withBROCCOLI (no beef) and ?string bean chicken? that consisted of only string beans and 2 pieces of orange chicken that I assumehad fallen into the batch. Can you imagine! I did not pay $16+ to get a small scoop of vegetables and the wrong kind ofmeat. The list goes on and on i.e. no sauce on the teriyaki chicken, no super greens when we ordered them, ridiculously smallportions, and cold food. I?m not usually one to complain online about food. I hate to be a Karen, I really do, but this wassimply unacceptable and ruined what could have been a nice lunch with the family. I write this as a concerned customer, hopingthat Panda Express on Bascom Ave takes note of these things and takes action. As I read through the reviews, I noticed that manyothers had a similar experience with this particular panda. A shame really :( I hope that this issue is addressed and no oneelse experiences the same disappointment that we did. Until then, I have the unfortunate task of giving this 1 star. Idigress?.
