Just picked up some drinks and the whipped cream had melted on a drink i mistakenly said there was no whip as it looked like... there was none they proceeded by telling they put whipped cream in and that it melted but had a very bad attitude with me oncethat happened what ever happened to making the customer happy doesnt matter if you did it or not the perception is that therewas no whipped cream so at that point all that was needed was add some more whipped cream without attitude and all would gavebeen good mean come on we pay a very high price for these drinks the service should also fall in line with high prices. Had a very bad experience! I ordered kids hot chocolate for my daughters and it was too hot that my daughter through out of her... mouth and started crying! After many times order the kids hot chocolate I was thinking that the difference with the adults hotchocolate is the temperature and that was very frustrating that?s happened. I didn?t expect that their employees doesn?t knowthat and I had to remind them! Their supervisor gave some explanation that this their machine fault!! Nice little place. At first they got my order wrong, but the barista made it right and did not charge me extra (she should have)... for correcting my order. My hot latte and my friend's ice tea were both well made and delicious. Read more
I live a block from this Starbucks so of course I want to give them my business! But every time I've been in I am so... disappointed by the customer service. They are just down right rude. This last time I went in I was bummed that they were yetagain out of the impossible sausage breakfast sandwiches. I was kinda frustrated so I did say man you guys are always out ofthese! She replied in a nasty passive aggressive tone with a scowl on her face that they are a busy store. I canceled my drinkorder and told her that her behavior was awful and I walked out. The employees just seem really unhappy and it makes for aterrible experience. Almost like we are a bither to them. I definitely will not be going back to this location. Read more

Usually, this location is clean and friendly. However, on this trip, which was totally unexpected (we were on a walk and this is... where she led me), it was closed. And boy was she mad that she couldn't get her "Pup Cup." See the pic below. Read more
Atmosphere gets 4 stars. Inside is not too clean 3 stars. Service 3 stars, one server just could not muster a smile. The mint... Frappuccino barely had any flavor of mint what a letdown. 1.5 stars. Unfortunately I didn't come in for the atmosphere or theservers although they get a higher rating, the drink was substandard at best. That is why only 2 stars.
