Disappointed. I have heard a lot of great things about this place and was expecting phenomenal sushi and was served decent... sushi. It was not bad but I probably would not go there again. The price of single rolls and just the price of most menu itemsare by far the priciest amongst other similar restaurants. For the price you pay for the roll, you should be getting melt inyour mouth slices of fish. That is not the case at least for my experience. Maybe it was just a bad day and the fresh deliveryof fish didn?t come through? I don?t know. Go try it out. The Blonde Bombshell is pretty tasty. Presentation is dope thoughalong with the service. Love this place, one of my favorite sushi places in South Bay. Recommendations: RSM, Flamin Hot Cheetos Roll, Geisha Girl and... the Unagi Waffle fries (must try). If you have a party of more than 6 people, then you can reserve a table ahead of time andyou should because this place can get really busy especially on weekends. Read more
We had our reservation at another restaurant & the wait time was 1 hr .... as we were passing by other restaurants at downtown... Campbell we were little hungry but didn't wanted anything heavy so thought of grabbing some sushi... We were immediately seatedinside (as per our preference) so happy about that didn't wanted to wait long time for the table... Here are the dishes weordered- Agent Aaron Roll - Salmon, avocado, shiso leaf, wrapped with spicy crab, tempered soft shell crab and topped withunagi sauce, sesame seeds and micro-cilantro Blonde Bombshell Spicy tuna, unagi, avocado, topped w/ yellowtail, unagisauce,habanero tobiko, macadamia nuts, green onion Both the rolls were fantastic they were fresh & the quality of the seafoodwas excellent. What a DELIGHT!!!???????? I haven't given 5 stars in a while. They deserve it. I had 2 waiters: Seth & Alec. I was so well... attended to!! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was really cool and the food ...divine.!?? Seth suggested the Lion Kingand the Clarify Crab sushi rolls! DELISH!!!???? I also had the Salmon bombs! They absolutely melted in my mouth. ? When Iarrived, there was a little hiccup and I waited a little longer for my table. The tall blond young lady (Mgr maybe?) wow just terrible. We came by at 9:20 which is definitely before their closing time at 10. They said they weren't seating... anymore but they could do take out. I said I understand that there's no table service but can I still order a drink and I wouldjust sip it at a table? I was told yes this is okay. After taking a long time to make the to go food, they forgot the drink. Iasked if it's still on the way. I was then given the saddest drink ever in a to go cup. Then I'm trying to sip this drink at anoutdoor table before leaving and within a few minutes was told I couldn't sit there. This all happened before 10pm closing time.And I actually tipped these people!? I don't appreciate being told I can order a drink and sit at a table and then they messedup my order and told me I can't sit there. If ordering a drink is not ok, just let me know. Don't tell me one thing and then doanother. I feel ripped off and I plan on never coming back. I hope the owner of the restaurant knows what's going on in thisplace. Read more
I?m glad to have found a sushi place that has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. We tried the spicy Sherlock, Snitch and... Veggie behind the scene. The Snitch was my favorite. The mushroom bao buns were good too. The cocktails were refreshing. Read more
