Asked for mushrooms on half due to 2 people being allergic, they put mushrooms on the whole thing and two people couldn?t eat... it. Including the person that paid for it. We go here pretty often I would say an usually the orders an the food are on point. But NOT tonight which is very disappointing.... Ordered two steak weddgies one without mushrooms an tomato, one with mushrooms an tomato, medium pizza. Upon picking up ourorder we got one wedgie an a sub (neither the wedgie or the sub had mushrooms but the sub had tomato), an medium pizza. Order from here pretty much everytime we order pizza. This time when we ordered it was almost an hour late. I called to check... and was told they had a lot of orders and they delivered them in chronological order and that they just got done preparing ourfood and it would be delivered in about 12 minutes so the food would be fresh and warm. That was not the case when it got here.The food was all cold and clearly not freshly made. This is usually not the case ordering from here and we normally tip over the15% everytime. Read more
So I like the food but some staff there are very rude. I called and ordered a large pizza and then sent me a small for the price... of the large pizza, we order 2 subs and paid almost 50 dollars. Then was told by a employee that my family can't order fromthere because we complain and the wrong that they do. So customers aren't aloud to give feed back guess not i was bringing thiscompany money but ill take our business some where else. It saddens me to write this review. Some of the staff are close friends of the family. That being said, unfortunately I... personally no longer get food here. This is simply because of the things I've found in my food. I've had metal pieces ofscrubbers. I've also gotten hair on a multiple occasions. Employees are rude when answering the phone. Unprofessional. Took multiple calls to get an answer and was hung up on as soon as... they gave me my total and ETA for delivery. Read more
