What has happened to this store on Dogwood? Very dirty, sloppy sandwich making and service unfriendly. Was always a ?go to? for... feeding kids on go, but not anymore. If you don?t know how to wear a mask don?t wear one! More risks than if you don?t. Yuck! Read more

Worst customer service experience ever. (Coming from someone who works in customer service) the lady working yelled at the older... woman ahead of me and then at my family's turn she yelled at all of us because we wouldn't say our orders fast enough even thowe would say what we wanted at the speed they put stuff on the sub. Had the worst experience. I ordered on line and they forgot the cheese on 3 of my subs. I called and asked them if they were... possibly out or really busy that perhaps they forgot. The girl on the phone started yelling at me. Kept telling me that they putcheese on my subs and totally disregard what I was saying like I was lying. They are more concerned about online orders than those of the people in line. I was only the second customer and waited just... over 20 minutes to get served. Staff would plainly ignore you and work on mobile orders rather than those waiting. Not even asimple acknowledgement. I would have gone somewhere else like four other customers did while I was waiting, but had promisedsomeone I would get them lunch. The staff are not overly interested in what they are doing and are rather careless. You canfeel their negative attitude and you can see how it manifests in their sandwiches. It is either incredibly hard to get staffwith a reasonable attitude here or it a toxic work environment. It's a shame because the location is very well maintained andlooks recently renovated. The worst part was they ended up making one of my orders incorrectly. After a total of waiting 25minutes, I didn't have time to wait for a correction and ended up leaving feeling cheated. I felt bad for the lady behind me asshe only had a 30 minute lunch break. Would I recommend this location? Not at all. Read more

They won't cut up the salads. The guy that made my food was really friendly, made a nice salad and offered to cut up my salad.... No complaint with him. The invisible lady in the back said, no, to cutting up the salad. So I had to go back to work andawkwardly cut up strips of bacon covered in ranch on a counter along with all other veggies with my plastic knife. I went thereONLY because the salads are ready to eat. I will not go back to that subway again. Read more

Staff was too busy making online orders to help the people actually in the store. 3 customers when I came in. One was just... finishing his order.
