I love subway, its practically my go to if I?m ever hungry for fast food lunch. Although I hate ordering my sub. I find that any... time I go to this store the employees are incredibly monotone and just seem like they absolutely hate their job. I don?t evenlike taco del Mar but I find myself going there 75% of the time just because I prefer the customer service there. I?m alwaysvery patient and kind with the employees when I order my sub but not getting that in return is a big turn off. I really likeeating here so please look into fixing this issue as it seems to be an issue with most of the reviews on this page. Read more
The store itself is very nice. However there is a staff member that works at this store who really stands out amongst the other... team members. She is what I'm going to refer to as a Bad Apple! She's been working there for years and quite frankly hercustomer service is extremely poor. Her poor attitude really brings the store down. However, as another local business owner Irealize how hard it can be to find staff these days. But once again this individual really brings down my experience. I almostdon't want to order a sandwich when I know this person has the potential to take my order. It is borderline uncomfortable and Ialmost feel like I'm doing something wrong when I'm asking for what I would like on the sandwich! Once again this store is goodand I still recommend that the public uses this location 100%. I do not want this staff member to affect the franchiseesbusiness and that is why I still recommend the store. Sorry, I can not give a better mark than these 2 stars. The last time I got Subs from here, the breads tasted stale and left an... after taste in my mouth. When I also got a gluten free sub the bread was rock hard and was unable to be enjoyed. Read more
6pm visit. No bread selection (9 grain only at the time), no cookies, no apples slices. Our group of 3 were the only people in... the restaurant and it still took 18 minutes for us to receive our 3 subs - extremely loosely wrapped, lightly and unevenlytoppinged, and without napkins. Although the staff was extremely slow and a line of about 7 built up behind us, the 3rd personwho kept looking/calling over didn't help on the line. That all said, the restaurant was pretty clean and the staff were quietbut polite. Read more
Good food but one staff member is a real jerk I don't remember her name but she is always in a bad mood and once her Friend came... in and said to me " you look like you eat alot" they both proceeded to laugh.
