My wife and I stopped off for lunch today. She had been at the hospital and hadn't eaten. That was a mistake, we have eaten... there a few times but this was the worst. We ordered a big Mac fries and a burger for my wife. Burger and bun so cold and burnt.The big Mac was cold, sloppy with condiments. The fries were cold and over cooked. When I saw campbellford was opening a McDonald?s I was so excited after the amount of bad service from one, now 2 coworkers.... Crystal to be exact. Just a heads up if she?s working and they mess up your burger and you go back through she?ll have you payfor they?re mistake. She also hates when you order at the window switch already gives me anxiety because I?ve worked fast food.And she refuses to give you stuff that they have because when the younger girls are working the costumes serves is great. Normally I just say if food was fresh or not. But this place took SERIOUS step in customer service. Shout out to Garath shift... manager for going way above and beyond fixing a small order mistake and making my faith in McDonald's restored again. In fact,the whole crew apologized and had that free smile on while helping me. Great job! Read more

Well they had pre-order machines in there which happened to like and everything was pretty straightforward and place look really... neat and clean. Only thing I thought was funny is that they want to reduce plastic and yet they had plastic there was RonaldMcDonald all over it on plastic that had plastic all over. Read more
Sadly I am not sure where to start. This campbellford McDonald's has to rate up there with some of worst McDonald's i have been... to. To allow for a bad day, we actually went back a second time, only to be more disappointed than the first. But lets startwith our first visit. My order was for a grand big mac, large fries and a chocolate milk shake. The fries were barely warm,the milk shake didn't taste like chocolate and my grand big mac had so much mac sauce on it the whole burger just oozed sauceand things between the buns just slid out all over. I should mention that they have a picture in store of the grand big mac,but mine didn't appear anything like that, in fact it looked more like domeone in the back sat on mine before boxing. Oursecond visit wasn't much better, there were four of us. To be perfectly honest it was worse and i will not be returning. Iordered 2 filet, large fries and a large chocolate shake. First off the shake was okay, but the filets were barely warm,seemed like they had been sitting a spell, and the fries were so cold, they needed to be defrosted. We threw them out. Buttheres more, someone left the store and just threw their fries on the floor. Also while eating inside the manager kept yellingin the back to the staff to do better and pick it up. Hopefully in time things get better but for now stay clear of thisMcDonald's and stick to Tim hortons for lunch. Read more

This McDonald's has only been opened approximately a year. It has great summer drink and ice-cream offers to help beat with the... summer heat. There had been some kinks when first opened but usually offers good service. It is the place to go if you enjoyfast food or coffee. Could do with an upgrade to the overall tea products that are available with regards to selection andtemperature as I always find that it is not hot enough. Read more

What fresh hell is this...giving one star for the pleasant staff. Fries were overdone and portion quite small. Missed adding a... drink that was ordered. But the piece de resistance: requested lettuce and onion added to a filet o' fish; tag on packagingindicated also 'chicken sauce' (???) AND THERE WAS A BEEF PATTY UNDER THE FILET. As someone who doesn't eat meat, this wasdistressing. But mostly baffling. No onion, but a beef patty with little flecks of onion, like it was reused from anothersandwich? Picked up off the floor? It was so thin it had a hole in it. Taken from the trash? Never, ever EVER going back to thislocation. So gross. Do better. P.s. the rest of the order was another filet, and a spicy chicken (dry, overcooked, possibly oldas heck). No beef anywhere... Read more
