Morning people and Indian owners are very disrespectful and laughes at you for getting the order wrong; does not even give you a... receipt for proof. Still very ridiculous over ice in the ice coffee. Some afternoon people are very kind and genuinely listensto your order. Shameful this is the only Dunkin donuts in campbellsville. They make this company look terrible. Some should goback to school to reeducate themselves on proper human interactions when in a professional setting. Read more
They changed their business practices and blamed it on Covid. I ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru. I was told that I... couldn't choose the types I wanted. When I asked why I was told that the dozen picked during the drive thru are randomlyselected. I then asked for a large black ice coffee with less ice and was told that all cups must be filled with the sameamount of ice. They have to fill to the line on the cup. I tried to tell them that due to them making every ice coffee now asstrong as an Americano ( this location only). I didn't want it that strong. I just want the traditional regular ice coffee withless ice. I was then told I could purchase a cup of ice and add more to the cup. How does that make any business sense? I cantget less ice but they want me to buy a cup of ice to make my own less strong ice coffee? I also needed to buy a hot coffee with10 cream and 10 sugar. Apparently, thats ok. The owners of this location make their own rules and dismiss the generalguidelines of every other Dunkins Ive ever visited across many states. Their business model is absurd and makes the whole chainlook horrible. Campbellsville Kentucky location is the only one in the area. You'd be smarter to get your donut and coffee fixat the local 5-Star or Marathon gas station. Read more
It is my favorite coffee, but I almost left without being waited on. It took 5 minutes just to be told someone would be right... with us, then another 2 minutes before someone wanted on us. Once we placed our order, it took 12 minutes to get our drinks. Wealways go there and we love DD. We all have bad days and maybe the staff there was having a bad day too and that is why it tooklong. The 3 stars is for the quick and fast service, and for the pleasure of having the butter pecan iced coffee (by cashiers... suggestion) made perfectly. What I didn?t like was that I got 2 Long Johns and don?t get me wrong they were delicious but theywere missing their crème fluff filling ????. Please pay more attention to details. Read more

I?m not one to write bad reviews but I could have burnt a bagel at home. I picked up a tub of strawberry cream cheese at Kroger... to coat the other half of the bagels that I get here, that?s a consistent issue. Covid was a valid excuse a year ago. My girls and I enjoy going here all the time!!! My favorite is the caramel craze iced coffee. My youngest daughter doesn?t eat a... lot of meat so she really likes the beyond sausage. This is definitely our go to place!!! Read more
