Ordered the papadia and was very disappointed! They were only folded ¼ fold and toppings were all over the box. Also ordered... the garlic knots, had to put them back in the oven to finish cooking them cause they were still doughy! Have always enjoyed PapaJohn's until our experience last night!! We got there, (5 of us), after a meeting on a Friday night... Right before closing. The staff was Very Helpful, Thoughtful and... Kind! They went out of their way to help, make us feel welcome & serve our needs! The pizzas were some of the best we'vehad... Many toppings and cooked to order! Just went into the drive thru at 12:01AM and didn?t know they were closed. We get to the window and try to order and the guy... goes ?I thought you were here to pick up an order. We are closed? and slams the window as hard as he can on purpose. His tone ofvoice was disgusting and he was probably the most rude person I?ve ever experienced in customer service. My family and I ordered delivery from this establishment every so often and it is great quality food from the pizza to there... sandwiches and everything in between. Their prices might be a bit high but their food is less greasy than their competitors.Their people are respectful, really precisistant to getting the order right, and very well mannered at the door. Horrible service, ordered a pizza for my sick son while I was out of town left his phone # in delivery notes which driver... ignored, called back the next day manager was extremely rude, no apology, even.
