I ordered a five topping pizza. Three meats and two veggies. When looking at the pizza you wouldn?t be able to tell it apart... from a one topping pizza. Manager is horrible!!!! She DOES NOT know what customer service is. I don't even know how they have her working there. When I... ordered my food for delivery my kids and I were waiting an hour so I decided to call them and she said it wasn't for deliverythen my husband placed an order and they didnt brought us the 2 liter dr.pepper since the driver said they were out of 2liters!!! I can tell you the major problem with this location is leadership. They have maybe 1 or 2 out 5 for customer service. If that... was not enough, this store puts less ingredients in there food than is required. Most likely this is so they can maintain theiremployee discount if I had my guess. If there profit is not high enough they lose their discounts. Using less ingredients thandirected gives a false perception of making enough income since the ingredients last longer. To corporate: Your manger andemployees for this store is losing you money. Customers don't come back because the food is not done right and when they call tocomplain they are considered being a problem by your staff at the store. You need to fire everyone and hire a new store managerand get a grip on this location or it will go under. So many pizza places to choose from not to make sure its operatingcorrectly. Read more
While the food is amazing the way its employees are treated is disgusting. You allowed a staff member work an entire shift to... closing ALL ALONE. that is so disgusting and unprofessional.
