Staff refused to take my order was so rude it was unbelievable.would not answer the phone. Will be calling cooperate human... resources with complaints. Also any other depts. That would be interested. Will also contact loss prevention and humanrelations. This is what you get when you let kids work in restaurants without supervision. Or being supervised by anotherchild. 4pm on 10/31/22. Chewy cold fries tasted like old oil shared with every fried food on the menu. Cheeseburger had a chewy bun,... and just warm burger. Very disappointed for $8.00 . Just left the drive thru, waited 15 min behind 2 other cars . Ordered a sonic cheeseburger and 2 frito chili burritos and a... large ocean water. Had to tell her I ordered a large when she tried to give me a small, pulled out , opened the burger , took abite and it was ice cold!!!
