Staff refused to take my order was so rude it was unbelievable.would not answer the phone. Will be calling cooperate human... resources with complaints. Also any other depts. 4pm on 10/31/22. Chewy cold fries tasted like old oil shared with every fried food on the menu. Cheeseburger had a chewy bun,... and just warm burger. Very disappointed for $8.00 . I ate it because I was very hungry and I had gone through the drivethrough. This was my first visit, and I don't think I will go back. Read more
Just left the drive thru, waited 15 min behind 2 other cars . Ordered a sonic cheeseburger and 2 frito chili burritos and a... large ocean water. Had to tell her I ordered a large when she tried to give me a small, pulled out , opened the burger , took abite and it was ice cold!!! So I wrapped it back up took out the burrito and it was ice cold !! So angry ???? I keep giving themchances , but this was the last time !!! Read more

Waited for over 45 minutes for our food and spoke to the waitress twice to check on our order. Was not busy maybe 10 cars there... when we ordered our food. Couldn't wait any longer. Had our order canceled and refunded. Read more
