Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru. Was told I couldn't get chalupas because the fryer was down. Asked for 3 chicken soft... tacos, supreme (which means sour cream and tomato). I took a picture to show, they were NOT supreme, and were cold when Ireceived them. Did not feel like waiting another half hour to fix the mistake, as my mom was in the car and had already waitedthat long to eat her food from somewhere else. I?m beyond sick of this place. I?m not from here but I?m in town pretty frequently and every time I can expect the same thing.... Wait in line for 30+ minutes, when I get my food something is missing, and it?s still not even prepared once I get to thewindow. Tonight I did a mobile order, and apparently other people did too and there was 3 others waiting in line to be helpedbecause they had issues with their mobile order as well! Short staffing is understandable but this is just downrightunacceptable. Not to mention when I arrived someone was outside smoking, the woman inside was on the other side of the counterchatting it up, and the other 2 guys had no clue what they was doing! Waited 45 minutes for what ended up being garbage food. And a freeze that melted while I waited and was refused to make another.... The man in front of me was waiting an hour and ended up leaving. The food was soggy and cold. Read more
This is a great location. It?s a shame that people give them poor reviews due to the fact that people don?t wish to work - they... can?t control that. People should be grateful that their doors are still open for business. Everytime I go there they?re asnice as can be and food is excellent Read more
Man 40 min! It doesn't even take me 10 min to get here. Not to mention I waited 20 min just to have someone take my order.... Surprised my food wasn't cold though, guess that's a bonus. Whatever you do stay way from this place between 2-7 pm. There areother good Mexican restaurants around besides here. Read more
I understand that for whatever reason there is a shortage of staff. ( as always) However, to have to wait 20 minute's at the... speaker then twenty at the window AFTER waiting around 15 minutes to even get to the speaker to order is RIDICULOUS. I've workedfast food and can understand how things get but to wait that long for cold food and no utensils to eat the food with is justbeyond inconvenient. This happens nearly EVERY visit. I LOVE Taco Bell but I rarely eat there because the whole experience isexsasperating! Read more
Waited at the counter to place our order for 6 minutes. No staff even acknowledged us. There were some people sitting and... waiting on their food.....said they had been there "awhile". We are a large family, easily spend $70 to feed us all. It's ashame business coming in doesn't matter. Read more
This Taco Bell has the slowest service. I?ve never experienced a wait like the one in the drive thru is. I do not recommend if... wanting ?fast? food. It will take AT least 20 minutes (and that?s being gracious) to get through the drive thru even if there?sno one in line. Read more
