They got my hamburger order wrong and took almost 2 minutes after I received my food to get my drink.
Someone needs to tell these people the difference between a large cup for a frosty and a medium frosty. The manager and workers... have the disposition of "I'm not going to admit something is wrong and will argue about it." They also enjoy wasting food on themistakes that they had made. Only my 2nd time here and both times i only ordered a strawberry frosty. The disrespect is aplenty. Read more

This a poor excuse of a restaurant. When we came in there was only one other person waiting for food inside. We stood there for... atleast 15 minutes for our order to be taken. While the manager and other workers walked right passed us. It is 7:30 and theyhave locked the doors. With us sitting here they are tearing down the frosty machine not giving us a chance to order one. Youwould think having all the time off from waiting on people inside they would get their act together but I believe they havegotten worse. Read more
Just went through the drive thru and the whole order was wrong. The young woman working the window was hateful and had a... terrible attitude when we told her we were missing a meal. She replied back ?that?s why I read your order back to you, because Icouldn?t hear you? She read the order back when we weren?t even done telling her what we wanted. I do feel bad, as I?m sure theyare understaffed. Luckily, there was another woman that was working that assisted the girl who took the order when we got to thewindow who was much nicer.
