Three strikes and I stop wasting my money. The food quality is not fresh. The chicken nuggets were very dry and cold. This is my... 3rd time getting a bad order. I didn't complain, as they may have been dealing with staff shortages. If the quality is notworth what a customer pays, perhaps you need quality control review before you give it to the customer. I had plenty of bad experiences over the years at this place. One time I had gone to get a six piece chicken nugget meal and... they had put three nuggets and a Junior Chicken patty in and forgot the fries. I returned to get my order corrected and thenight time manager at the time had basically called me a liar about the patty being in there lol. She had went into the backafter and asked the cook and found out the truth that they were out of nuggets and he had put a patty in instead of the nuggets.The night manager didn't bother to apologize and gave me the correct order. The next day I called and spoke to who I think wasthe owner and he had given me a free meal for the trouble which was very nice. The other staff throughout different times of theday seem very nice though. Another thing that's a peeve off is the line up situation. People constantly pass in line with thesplit ordering. Owner only allows 2 separate orders at a time. We wanted 3 separate orders. Witch forced us to go inside the Restaurant. The... staff was Awesome not there fault that we had to go inside. The Owner is the Complete problem. The pay order Machines was notworking properly. Again not the staff fault. The Owners fault for my HORRIBLE SERVICE. Let's see if the OWNER WILL RESPOND TOOMY REVUE? Was not impressed to go inside in a Severe thunderstorm. Perhaps the OWNER SHOULD GET A BETTER SYSTEM GOING. Any otherMCDONALD'S I've been too. I’m giving a one star review based on today’s experience at the drive through. I was served by a very rude young lady (long... dark pigtails). I asked about the completion of my order, to which I received “a look” and a snarky “I only have twohands!” response. They normally have great service at the window. She was an exemption. Read more
