The food was very good and the staff very friendly but when I left the restaurant the delivery man came out of the parking lot... really fast and he almost hit me. He also made his tires scream and almost damaged the "pizza delight" car. I didnt ask to dieafter a good lunch????. Read more
The food was fabulous and all of the servers were kind considering being slammed. It was very evident that management did not... staff appropriately for the Labour Day holiday which definitely impacted the speed and quality of the food/service. By dinnertime the dining room was packed, people were waiting a long time to both be seated and for their food, and drinks were notrefilled. All things considered, the staff were all visibly trying their best and this was just a matter of poor scheduling.Overall, I hope management sees this as a sign that their staff need to be better supported for the sake of this locationsfunctionality. Just arrived to New Brunswick tried this place. The pizza thin crust, perfection. Very yummy ???? but the dessert it's out of... this world, apple skillet, never ever I had something as yummy as this. Last week my son-in-law, grandchildren & I tried too to celebrate my daughters birthday at the local scores restaurant. We... arrived there one hour before closing, adequate time I thought. We were shocked to see the incompetent service we received. Theguy who was serving us was avoiding us like the plague and just to get ketchup etc I needed to go to the cash area to ask forservice.. he delivered our food to the table looking sideways almost petrified we?d ask him for something else and he quicklyran off! FINALLY after being ignored almost 30 mins after eating & still no service I went back up to the cash to see if wecould at least get her a piece of birthday cake NOPE the kitchen was closed we were told! We all felt belittled and my daughternever even got a pice of cake when the server knew full well it was her birthday!! We are new to this town and so I?m not sureif this is the way all patron are treated. This is one restaurant I?ll never go to again? Visit on June 8th Restaurant wasn?t packed. We were seated quickly with menus but waited about 15 minutes before someone came... even for a drink order. Ordered drinks at the same time as our meal and appetizer. Drinks didn?t come until our appetizer did.Received our meal shortly after, but no one came back to check to see how it was or offer refills of water/drinks. Hadcompletely finished eating before someone came back and was told ?sorry I forgot about you?. We did order dessert which came inan appropriate time (water was forgotten again but was corrected quickly). Overall food was good but service was reallylacking. Service was fantastic!!! Love the atmosphere but The food there is all the same i find. Nothing spectacular. Flavors are good. I... wish there was more and different plates for like different seasons, Maybe? Just a suggestion...
