Had a really bad time here. Our meal took over two hours due to slow service and that includes an almost twenty minute wait to... get our order in. The prices are completely absurd for the quality of the dishes we were served. Even the most expensive Italianrestaurants in Toronto rarely serve a pasta in excess of 30 dollars. The penne was nothing remarkable and I would be verysurprised if it was hand made as advertised in the menu. For some perplexing reason the pasta is served with a garnishconsisting of a pile of green onion strands and cherry tomatoes. I felt fleeced after this meal. Read more

Great location easy access to Hwy 401. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The food was delicious. We enjoyed a french onion soup... ???? and Ceasar salad with home made dressing (hmmm mmmm good) and a Land and Sea appetizer. Nice small portions, perfect forone. (Not for sharing) they offer a nice wine ???? list and full bar with some beers on tap. Very nice service, friendly andsmiling. Nice to see staff faces again. The prices here are at the higher end, drinks $10 each. Appetizers $25-$30 each togive you an idea. We enjoyed our last and will be back another day for a full dinner. Their food looks amazing. Myself and my girlfriend dined at Risposta Bistro on Tuesday evening and wanted to take the time to share our absolutely amazing... experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, Tyler our waiter, was knowledgeable with feature cocktails, winepairings, food choices, and even convinced us of some delicious deserts even though we were so full. A true professional at hisjob. The vibe was wonderful inside and although it rained, the outdoors looked lovely with the lighting, etc., which we willwant to experience when weather allows us. A bit thank you to Tyler, he made the experience that much better, and kudos to theowners. A wonderful experience, excellent food, and delightful drinks. This is a hidden Gem in Campberville, just west of milton close to the 401. Fairly easy to reach from KW, hamilton, or the... western GTA. The pizza is ok but I would recommend going for one of the other main dishes. The burrata was fabulous. The gnocchiin a creamy mushroom sauce was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Most of their ingredients are from their own gardenor local farms. Therefore they always rotate dishes and the menu changes fairly regularly. Pasta is made in house. Their patiois very nice and covered in case it rains. Read more

Pat and his team have managed to capture fine dining with a casual atmosphere perfectly. My fiancé and I have been waiting to... attend post travel restrictions and we were not disappointed. Food was fresh, flavourful and local, drinks equally delicious,pared well, and prepared quickly. Risposta has a great venue and the outdoor dining area is very well done. We ended up stayinghere for several hours chatting with staff and exploring the property where they have a chicken coop, greenhouse, and uniquedisplays on front lawn.
