I meant to leave this yesterday but I got busy. This Subway is definitely one I would recommend. I have never had better... customer service and the food was amazing. Definitely worth the stop!! My family stopped by yesterday around 11:15pm because myson was craving a meatball sub. The employee was filling up all the food and when she seen us walk up she immediately smiled andstopped what she was doing to help us. Unfortunately they were out of meatballs.The employee was fast and very neat. The onlything I don?t like about this place is that they don?t have anywhere to sit and eat. Against my better judgment I went back today, after witnessing what I'm pretty sure was a drug deal right at the counter a few... weeks ago. Two female employees, (one from the previous drug deal), both appeared to be high. Same drug deal lady was moreintent on arguing with the gas station manager about turning down her explicit rap music than preparing the five orders ahead ofme. Better at "pretend bumping in a club" than customer service. Out of several sauces, except the mayo; and apparently "lightmayo" means half the bottle. Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. Order subs online at the Subway in Campobello off of exit 26. Website stated they were... open til midnight. When I arrive the person working out out a sign saying that they were closing at 7 because she was tired. Nofood. No offer of refund. Say the system should automatically cancel it and money should be back in my card in a week. We eatsubway once a week but not again. Read more
Says 24 hours but isn?t they close when they feel like it. I will be contacting corporate and I know the subway rep personally... and this will not bode well for the manager and employees as they are not following Subway?s procedures hope they all end up inthe unemployment line. Read more
I only chose one star for Ms Jody on first shift who has always been great! As for the rest... they could work on everything... from hygiene to customer service! Considering there are not many fast food selections off this exit you expect them to be busybut even when they?re not the service is pretty despicable. They rarely ever pick up the phone. I understand being busy andoverwhelmed but I have called from the parking lot when they?ve had zero customers and watched... no answer! I have stood at thecounter and watched who appears to be management finish a conversation before dragging himself sluggishly back to help. It?sokay to hate your job but you definitely shouldn?t show that to the customers! They are sloppy with their appearance and theirservice. Its a small subway inside a gas station off the highway so it?s very convenient. I stopped in around 7:15 this morning to get... some breakfast and I ended up getting a Subway Club. The girl helping me was fast and efficient and very kind. No Italian herbsand cheese bread tho. Read more
