My ice cream fell on the ground because my Peanut Buster Parfait did not fit properly in the tray and as I was waiting it tipped... over. But unfortunately the lady there did not have the heart or kindness to make me another one. I'm not saying they had tomake me a new one but if they really aimed to make their customers happy and have good customer service they would have gladlymade me another one. Read more

Usually this location is decent, but lately it seems to be a bit chaotic behind the counter. It took a very long time to receive... our order. During the wait I was asked twice what I had ordered, they made three unnecessary blizzards for our order and a womanwho just wanted to buy an ice cream cake stood and waited to pay for long enough that she ended up putting the cake back in thefreezer and leaving. Ate here on our way through town. Uncomfortably cold AC, but hey, we can deal with that. Hair in our burgers (no employee with... hair nets and almost all employees had long hair), all pop was flat and lemonade was water, blizzards mixed only halfwaythrough, the rest was just plain vanilla soft serve. Used to always go to Dq! Not anymore!!! I dont drive so if I go there it's by cab! Yesterday I went and placed a big order! They... didn't give the large fries for my sons upgraded meal AND they didn't give the ice cream coupon OR my son's fries for his kidsmeal!!! Tried calling a few times last night and today and still NO answer!!! Not to mention how may times they screw up ourSkip order!!! How hard is it to follow simple directions???? I've have not gotten what I ordered the last 4 times I've been here. Wrong blizzards, wrong drinks, completely different menu... items, melted ice cream, you name it, anything that can go wrong with a Dairy Queen order has happened to us at this locationrecently. Not sure why things have been so bad lately, maybe they lost some good employees because they weren't willing to paythem a living wage? Regardless the service here is just not worth bothering with. It's a 50/50 with this location. Half the blizzard isn't even mixed properly, and this happens often. Half of it is just vanilla... ice cream. It's not hard to mix all the way thru, is it? Read more
