I saw that the drive thru line was very long, so I went inside to get my one coffee. I got behind the one customer ordering, and... waited patiently for someone to take my order. No one greeted me so I ordered through the kiosk. After 11 minutes, I still hadno coffee and was ignored by both employees. So I said excuse me, and told the woman no one has greeted us and I'm just waitingfor one coffee. She proceeded to yell at me about how they're too busy to say hello. It still took another 5 minutes to get acoffee. All someone needs to do is simply say "someone will be right with you". But instead, I got yelled at for asking forproper service and a coffee within a reasonable amount of time. Read more
We ordered just burger patties which usually come in the plastic breakfast containers. They placed in a cardboard quarter... pounder container. When I took out of the big bag, the container was dripping grease and got all over my car and lap(oil spotsnow all over my pants!) Also this location had the dining room closed due to staffing, so no restroom access. Read more
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The only thing they got for them is the place is clean. Just stop to use the bathroom and nothing else.... Worst service ever. 20 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. Uncooked and made wrong. So much for fast food. Read more
kiosk only, they made mistakes with our order and it is difficult to get anyone to talk to. 20 minutes to get order (so much... for "fast food ") . did not mark which coffee was decaffeinated. bacon in sandwich was very under cooked. Read more
Terrible service and attitude by employees, they were throwing stuff putting orders together it was ridiculous then after we got... our food we sat and we watched them preparing the food, we sat directly in front where you order so we could see everything, andit was being touched with bare hands, the restaurant is completely understaffed, they actually locked the doors so peoplecouldn't come in while we were there, going through the drive-thru was the only option which I get it,but people were still mad.The employees again major attitude problems into a certain extent I understand but honestly it wasn't that busy. I definitelywill never go back there. One more thing when the orders were complete they were just leaving them on the counter for customersto just guess what was theirs not telling anybody what was going on!!!! Wasn't very happy with the idea of the order kiosk, if you are not technology savvy there's no maneuvering it. Thankfully a very... grumpy cashier took my order to which I couldn't believe how much it came to !!! This IS McDonald's, right ?? A large drink,large fry and 2 McDouble cheeseburgers (2 for $3.99) came to JUST under $12 !!!!!!! DEFINITELY WILL NOT be doing that again???????? Read more
Just don't come here. It is the only thing around but it's almost as if they don't want costumers. They blast music and multiple... fights have happened here I feel like it's a risk just coming to eat here. If you do anything just do drive thru. Read more
Food was typical McDonald's, not happy being forced to order with kiosk when I prefer to use cash. I ordered a large fry and... waited almost 15 mins while staff just ignored me and filled drive thru orders. This was same location that during COVID wouldnot let me get my order through drive-through by walking up as I drive a commercial vehicle and it won't fit in the drivethrough and they wouldn't open the dining room.
