If you need the drive thru forget it, I pull thru there every morning at 5.10am and for a month now it's been closed with a sign... telling you to come inside. This being at a Loves Truck Stop you would think the drive thru would be a priority. If they areshort handed maybe the manager should get out of bed and work the drive thru window.... Read more
Coffee is always burnt. Mobile ordering takes forever. Just today they closed drive through for short staff understandable. So... long lines inside but I witnessed six people waiting for their stuff and then a friend of the cashiers order theirs and gottheirs ahead of those six people with four people on the floor and a drive-through closed. They still weren't very efficient nolabeling of drinks just setting them out onto the counter so it's like a free-for-all this location is definitely gone downhill Read more
Store was not clean, napkin area full of trash, tables 4 out 12 clean. No customers in store when we got in so should be clean... with at least 4 people working. Drink case half full. Read more
Love the fact that it?s inside a loves truck stop for us truckers! Wish it was fully 24/7 though but still deserves its 5 stars,... awesome super sweet employees including the manager who was thanking his team this afternoon for working hard and keeping theplace running and clean! Staff was very pleasant. Informant I didn't check my order. I ordered A sausage egg and cheese with an extra egg didn't get the... extra egg. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. It didn't have an egg but it had sausage bacon and cheese in thewrap. Had I checked my bag I would have made him fix it. But unfortunately I didn't realize until it was too late. They should really stop taking walkin customers at this point just have the drive thru and the "order from the app" BS. Waited... good 20 mins before even being acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. 7 customers got served. Finally ran out ofpatience and just left. Had to drive empty stomach(not suggested if you are a commercial driver). Read more
