Store is open until 10 pm, they were staffed well. We got there a little before 8 they had already closed 1/2 the tables and... shortly after we sat down and began our meals. This is the only Chipotle location that I don?t care to stuff myself and finish my whole burrito. This was my last time coming... to this location. Both the quality/taste of the food as well as the portion sizes are terrible in comparison to any of the otherChipotle locations that I regularly order from. From the crunchy, bland rice to the mushy steak and some of the smallestportions I?ve seen at a Chipotle, I really don?t feel like I get my money?s worth when I go to this Chipotle location. If I could give this Chipotle location 0 stars I would. It?s the worst ran Chipotle restaurant I?ve ever been to. One time... ordering in person, the employee kept scooping small traces of carnita meat onto my bowls when it was clear she needed to pullout a fresh bin of carnitas. I asked her repeatedly to bring a fresh batch and she just kept ignoring me and the employee nextto her wouldn?t even say a thing. Other customers looked at me as I looked at them in disbelief. I no longer order Uber EatsChipotle because it comes from this location and they never get it right. Thankfully Uber Eats has refunded me for my troublesthe few times I?ve ordered and something?s happened. If I want Chipotle, I literally will drive to the next one over inGroveport, which is ten times better than this location. I would recommend that location. Read more

What a disgrace this poorly ran and managed chipotle location is to the brand. They never have ingredients, orders placed online... are constantly wrong. If you order in person staff are more busy finding ways to avoid working. This isn?t a one off incidenteither. Save yourself the headache and just got the extra few minutes to either the Hill Road or Hamilton Road locations. Read more
Online order was put in for 7:40. Arrived exactly at 7:40. I was asked to pull to the side and wait. Would be less than 10 min!?... Pulled back around and the girl I just spoke too asked my name again, said it was being made. 5 minutes later for sitting therethe bowl came out. Got home and the bowl was like a half portion. CW Diley Rd sucks. I?ll drive to the other location next timehoping maybe I won?t wait for an order put in ahead of time or get half or the order I paid for. Waste of time. Read more
Order a half chicken half steak with white river, sour cream, cheese, corn. Only I received motherfks white rice with chicken... and chili sauce that I never ask!!! I?m allergy to chili. This place is horrible specially if a delivery order. Read more
Do not go to this Chipotle! Save yourself the time. Definitely DO NOT ONLINE ORDER FROM HERE. You will receive a messed up,... under portioned mess, missing components like the most expensive part the PROTEIN, you'll be met with nothing but attitude,ignored or underserved to repair the issue. If you're lucky to get protein you may get undercooked meat too!!! If you're a fanof eye rolling, slow moving, attitude riddled employees this is the place for you!
