First let me try to convey how disgusting the entire inside of the restaurant is. The entire eating area, tables and floors,... drink preparation, and I fear most likely the bathrooms. The entire food preparation are was littered with random food all overthe counter tops, ALL of the food bins were nearly empty. The grill and back areas were disgusting so bad that I could seeburnt food all over everywhere. The abundance of staff NOT doing their job was apparent to all patrons. Only 1 person preparedfood for people while 6 others talked about personal stuff. The preparer pushed our food to the empty register and walked away. It was moments before someone asked if we were being helped. One person was sweeping the floor when CLEARLY all of the countertops from edge to edge were brimming with food. I will never return to this location again as I'm pretty sure I will havehealth issues due to the lack of cleanliness and sanitation in this location. This is honestly the worst chipotle for pick up orders or delivery. We always order extra fajita veggies and never get any, they... seem to constantly forget sauces. Just terrible, do not order pick up, just go in and have them make it for you. There shouldn?tbe this big of a difference in portions. Read more

This review is primarily for the drive thru pick-up: THE worst!! I had to walk in because the line was eight cars deep. As everyone on here has said- small portions and flavorless. I mostly ate the flavorless rice in my burrito due to skimping of... the toppings. Chipotle is usually great at keeping the food items on the line full and the area clean. Everything looked andtasted old. Guacamole was already brown. There was a lot of staff during lunch and as the line grew, many members just looked atthe guests and left one lady working the line on her own for quite some time. No one seemed eager to help. I Laughed at how many1 star reviews this new location already has. I really hope the manager sees this and makes some changes. Lastly, the parkinglot/layout is poorly designed. ??????? Read more

If you like half portions for full price then this is the chipotle for you. Also the guacamole was likely a day or more old.

I?m writing this review after coming here several times. It?s a relatively new location so I gave them grace. BUT it?s been... several visits now. Not one time was my burrito rolled without busting out. Nobody seems to know what they should be doing. Andfor a brand new location, the food station should not look a mess with food everywhere and a little bit of this that fell into alittle bit of that. Step it up. Read more

If you place a pick up order with this Chipotle I HIGHLY recommend you check your bag. 3 times in a row they forgot all 3 bags... of chips and guacamole and they don?t even heat up your quesadillas. Don?t order extra meat or anything else extra because I canguarantee you?re not getting it. If you do order extra, expect to waste your money and only get 2 pieces of meat. Also BEWAREthe computer automated customer service as my Chipotle account was HACKED after talking to the ?chat with us? customer serviceoption and my debit card was charged over 200 bucks in Chipotle. It?s impossible to speak to a real person and get this issueresolved. I can?t even use my items that were replaced for me now because my accounts hacked. This company has become such ajoke. This location just opened up a few months ago and it?s already so disgusting. This is so ridiculous. You charge so muchmoney for the food and extra items, I expect it to be there. Protect your customers privacy through your website and apps.There?s no reason why I should have my chipotle account so easily hacked and then they changed my email and everything SOincredibly easy. As many other reviews have stated we were hoping for a great location close to home but this is not looking good. We have eaten... here 4 times since opening. In the first month all was good and they seemed to be staffed well. Since then they have went downhill quick. They do very small portions and you have to ask one or two additional times to get the correct amount of rice andcondiments. At 6 PM on a Saturday night the kitchen looked like a bomb had went off and nothing clean. They were out of forks.Sorry forks are something you need to have. Send an associate to Meijers next door and get some. Nothing is cleaned in thedining room area either. Clearly no management at this location. Disappointed! Read more
