It all started when the 6 piece I ordered was not on the order. I went inside after getting my curbside to deal with it. The... Diet Coke tasted musty and I was going to get another. The restaurant smelled like raw sewage and I decided to just get arefund the manager on duty said I could not get one because I used the app. She then started chanting “Somebody needs to goto Church” loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. Someone tracked something that looked, and SMELLED, like feces, along the floor, all the way to the restroom. Hoping the... management realized, and had someone mop that. Monday evening, September 26, 2022. Would love to see whole wheat bunsintroduced, for the sandwiches. White flour buns are terrible for you, and taste lousy. Would also love to eat tomato andlettuce on sandwiches that is not doused with preservatives. So unhealthy. I get the desire to keep produce from spoiling, butthis stuff tastes like formaldehyde. My friend and I visited the McDonald's at 7620 Diley Rd. NW in Canal Winchester, Ohio while we had been traveling back to... Columbus from Chestnut Ridge Metro Park [about four miles to the southeast]. My friend had wanted to purchase drinks at anearby gas station and then continue driving towards Columbus; I had wanted to sit down -- inside -- at a table -- to enjoy ourdrinks; we ended up deciding to stop at that particular McDonald's. It had been great to be able to purchase a small cup ofSprite for only $1.00 and to be able to refill my cup for no additional charge. My friend and I spent a very pleasant half houror so at that McDonald’s enjoying our beverages -- and talking about many different topics -- before continuing our triptowards Columbus. Leaving the parking lot after our visit had been quite interesting because (1.) an 18-wheeler truck had beendelivering items to that McDonalds during our entire visit and because (2.) there had been an extremely long "traffic jam" ofcars going through the "drive-through" at that moment. Service was good for the lunch rush. Everything was as ordered so no issues there. I will have to agree with a previous reviewer... but I’m not sure there is a way around the grease. Didn’t get my order complete. Asked for it, and got it out in about 15 mins waiting. Spicy Chicken sandwich we got initially... was cold- it’s supposed to be hot or atleast warm. Later realized we were even missing more food per order but it wasn’tworth it asking coz it’s gonna take much longer wait. Conclusion: This McDonald’s location isn’t a fast food location.Plan accordingly. Read more
Worst McDonald's I have EVER been to! The doors were locked but I managed to get in and the floor was so greasy I had to be... careful not to slip. It smelled like someone had barfed in there. Nobody would look at you. I waited 17 minutes for a mobile apporder and the bun was hard as a rock and the meat was black. Cooked like way beyond normal. Absolutely disgusting. I wouldrather eat worms from behind the building than ever try to eat here again. Read more
I haven't had McDonald's in a long time, and I wasn't disappointed! The fries were perfectly hot, crispy and salty. I do with... the chicken had been a bit more crispy, but the flavor and spiciness were on point! Read more
Everybody knows why they go to McDonald's so I'm not sure what to say here. Food that taste the same no matter which location... you go to is awesome and kids love McDonald's. Adults will also have Happy meals soon, so yeah. Read more
