Barely any sauce on the pizza and i purchased your new item which is basically the same thing papa johns sold months ago but... executed much better, a folded over slice of pizza except yours was skimpy on toppings and SUPER HARD, to the point i cut theroof of my mouth. Also if you are going to outrageously charge 75 cents for extra sauce, when i order 3 of them, include themin my order instead of making me come back for them, then the cups are only half full! Sadly pizza hut has fallen so far fromwhat it used to be, yum brands should either decide to do the hut right, or close shop. Read more

I ordered from here a few weeks ago and it was great and then again last week and it was just "okay". Last night I ordered from... here and it was horrible. Dry cardboard would be a polite way to describe the pizza and cinnamon rolls I received. I can'tbelieve anyone could send out food like that with a straight face. What a joke. Will not be ordering from here again. I spent100 dollars on what might as well have been trash. Don't waste your time or money here. Read more
Highly disappointed if I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered my pizza at 7:12p and it was supposed to arrive at 8:12p. So... I waited a few mins 8:30pm came around so I decide to call the store. I sat on the phone for almost an hour with no answer thenabout 8:46p I receive a text stating that DoorDash would be delivering my order about 9pm. The doordasher gets to my residenceand as she?s walking up to my foot I knew my order was gout I be messed up. There were no cheese sticks so I asked her aboutthem and she?s like the pizza was the only things they gave her. I take the pizzas from her and there luke warm. So I open thepizza boxes huge disappointment. The pizzas had no sauce barely any cheese so needless to say it was as if I was eating acracker with pizza toppings. As you can imagine at this point my family and I were hungry and seeing as I how I never did get incontact with the store I was left to eat what was delivered to me. I will definitely be trying to reach out to the storetomorrow because this is unacceptable and I need to be refunded my money. Read more
I have always had amazing experiences here. A typical experience: Called them to order a 3 topping pizza for $10. They got my... order correct and it was done in 15 minutes. I arrived for my carryout order and had an easy checkout with a friendly employee.Pizza was delicious. I have never order delivery and that may be why my experience is better based on other reviews. However,if you are craving Pizza Hut, rest assured that your carry out order is definitely in good hands as far as I can tell. Read more
Pizza was cold as the driver didn?t have a pizza bag with them coming to the door(so may not have had one at all for all I know)... and the last bite of my second piece I stopped mid-chew and pulled a long hair out of my mouth! Nobody at my house has long hairlike that and it was clearly baked in the pizza, not laying on top! Very disappointed with our experience this time! Read more
This pizza hut has gone from bad to worse to absolutely aweful. Not only was my future order late and cold, but they ruined the... food. The cheese pizza was old, over cooked and missing cheese in the middle, i.e. burnt sauce. They smashed the pizza saucesinside the double breakstick bag, all 3 of them. Worst of all our bbw wings were smashed, all the breading fell off.Unbelievable. Never going to tip again and will probably never order from this pizza hut again. Read more
