Closed todqy due to short staffed. The location In walmart is also closed for some unknown reason. Smh.

Just awful. Staff doesn't seem to know wat they are doing. Bread was hard, meatballs were burnt. Store is never really clean.... Very disappointed in the management team. This 5 star is specifically for the young woman named McKenna. She was stuck by herself and there was an extremely long line and... she killed it! She was doing an amazing job and deserves more than just a raise or promotion. This management/company does notdeserve her in my opinion! She did the very best she could. Read more

Two young blonde girls. Poor customer service, very slow to the point of I wonder if they were on some medication of some sort.... Was dropping things and seemed spaced out when I was explaining what I wanted. Didn?t offer to toast my sub and they were shortwith my mother when she asked questions. I am disappointed with the service of this establishment. The work ethic of the workers are unprofessional that makes me not... want to come here anymore. Once is enough. The service is extremely slow and one of the workers cussed in front of me and afamily as she was moving boxes. Then I a worker looked at me and asked what do you want and then was extremely abrupt anddemanding on what I need to order. Work ethic is terrible by older woman manager. I worked at Subway for six years in high school and college and I have never... seen someone not care about their job that much I have been in the store about 10 times and when she is there she is one of theslowest sub makers I?ve ever seen and does not care about speed or productivity she is also stating that it may be a while forfood to be ready as people are accumulating inside and she?s putting forth no effort and getting customers in and out the doorvery poor attitude as well it doesn?t seem like she wants to be there Read more

Went there the other day and I always order the spicy Italian sub with a few cookies! I always see the man in there named... Cormack(sorry if I spelled it wrong) but anyways he always kills it with my sandwhich and does a great job with everything andhas a great personality equivalent to his customer service! So food was good and service was quick not busy when I went around 6:30 on a Tuesday night. However the "Sandwich Artist" was... not very friendly at all didn't really speak to me and kind of acted like I was "beneath" her! I ordered a 12 inch sub and chipsand a large drink. The ingredients to make the subs kind of look disgusting! The containers that are supposed to hold eachindividual ingredient had other items mixed in with them! Other items that definitely weren't supposed to be in them. Supergross ! It's not like they were busy and things just got crazy and mixed around they were so dead that the employees work juststanding around and leaning their heads and other body parts on the counter when I first walked in. I honestly thought aboutturning around and leaving but I really wanted a sandwich that I was craving I drove 20 minutes just to get it. So instead ofcleaning up there area they were just leaning on counters talking. And speaking to the other customers that were obviouslyregulars. But when I walked in no one said hi they just asked what do you want and the basic questions . And when I askedfor certain things she acted like it was a huge deal like I was bothering her. When I checked out she didn't even give me mycup or even tell me which one it was I had to ask and get it myself. All she just said was "it's that one" and walked away fromme so she could stand in the corner and talk to her co-worker which didn't even look at me at all. So to sum it up the Food wasgreat, although presentation would get a zero . The service fast however I was one of three customers so that's not a hugething . As far as Hospitality / friendliness goes I would give a zero or no stars if I could! I'm not sure if I will go back tothat one or not... Read more
