Stood at counter for about 4 minutes. One clerk sitting at table probably in break, other clerk was in kitchen. Called out 3... times and no response from either guy. Wont be back to this Subway in Canal Winchester Walmart. Read more

I love Subway. I stopped going to this one because of reasons I will not name. Heard they got a whole new crew in so I thought... I would give it another try. Definitely better. And day shift is awesome. However your closing crew leaves alot to be desired. The last 2 nights I have tried to get something to eat before work.People there wanting to order but no one to take care of you.Just left the place unattended. No food to eat and if someone was not a good person you could have lost a lot more thancustomers. Definitely need to work on the closing shift. Tried it again tonight. Different person working. We talked about lastnight. Kudos to her. She made things right for my inconvenience. Definitely appreciate her taking the time to listen. Thankyou. Read more
Someone should order "random" drug tests on the employees that work here. If the lady that made my sandwich wasn't a meth addict... I'll eat my shoe. She asked me 5 or 6 times what bread I wanted, cheese, and if I wanted my sub toasted. Pretty sure she wastripping. She was super slow too and my sandwich came out... weird looking. If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. First, the employee that helped us had her long hair swinging all over the meats... and veggies. Second, the filth on the counter and the knives was horrendous. Third, the damn woman stuffed her whole hand inmy sub to fold it. Fourth, my boyfriend got sick the next day. I know, I know, why did we still eat the sandwiches? Well Ichecked it for hair, she did change her gloves and also made the sandwiches on clean paper.
