I stopped on my way out of town. The dining room looked like it wasn't cleaned for a couple of days. Every flat surface had at... least 20 cup rings on it. There was a guy on frys that had his pants pulled halfway down and his underwear said smoke on thefront. This same guy was not wearing gloves as he checked his phone on and off. This same fry guy also came from the back eatingan ice cream cone and then handing over fries. The guy doing the sandwiches looked and acted respectful and stayed busy. I neversay anything but I felt that Mr Thomas would turn over in his grave if he saw this. Read more

Husband went inside to order food because there were 9-10 cars in the drive thru and thought it would be quicker by going in. He... had to wait on 3 others waiting in line. He ordered chili, jr bacon cheeseburger, bacon cheese baked potato and 2 fries, he hada 2 min. drive home and everything he received was cold, felt like it came out of a fridge. He was on a motorcycle and no aircondition and 80° out so there was no reason for this. This place is really going down hill. Read more
I got the simplest thing... 4 for $4 cheeseburger with cheese and lettuce only, there was no lettuce, burger was barely warm,... fries and nuggets were cold. I totally understand they're understaffed, but that's no excuse for the food that I paid for. I waited in a line for 2o minutes to be told I had to go wait 15 more minutes then get back in line. When I stated I?d just wait... at the box for the issue to be resolved I was informed I wasn?t running up their time in the drive-thru. I asked if they couldjust bring out the order if I online order I was told no an to then be told I?m not being served because I asked to manyquestions apparently. I asked for the name of said employee and was refused I ask to speak to a manager was refused so I left. Icalled the store repeatedly to speak to a manager then was told she was the manager an she refused her name also refused to giveme the store # to complain an to google what I needed. They are very rude and are running this store into the dirt. I hope noone else has the same experience that me and my children did!!! I will not go back!! Read more
Google says open until 1am. I pull into the drive thru at 7pm and the worker says ?we?re closed?. No explanation, no empathy, no... sorry. This place always has issues. Will definitely be reporting to corporate. Read more
