Fast service. Friendly employees. Great dessert!
Vanilla or chocolate. Add or mix in toppings. Super underwhelmed. Grocery store or drug store have more exotic flavors and... offerings. Wasted trip. Left without buying anything. Horrible experience. Received runny, sloppy, Carmel Apple Whitser. Clerk did not care and would not remake. Explained that I get... the same item at various locations (new Albany, Westerville, gahanna) including Canal and it is was never made so poorly. Clerkdid not know how to make the Whitser and had horrible customer service skills. Read more
This location is a walk-in shop. The staff is very nice! The frozen custard is great. My favorite thing to get here is the... chocolate custard Sunday with fudge, caramel, and brownie bites. I think they have some of the best brownie bites in Columbus. Iusually get a mini which is $4.75 and it is actually a decent size. Read more

This is a great location, even if its off the beaten path a little bit. The staff is friendly and the custard is amazing. Had... their butter pecan and it was easily the best butter pecan I've had. Came back a week later to pick up some pumpkin to go and itwas just as great. I'm sure I'll be back again, probably more times than is good for my waist line, but its worth it! Read more
Way better than DQ, still. Quality is maintained. Update, new crew, I ordered a Heath Whitzer-like DQ Blizzard, not much Heath... Bar; wife ordered Reese Pieces Whitzer, they used Reese Cups, and said they didn't have R. Pieces, she would have orderedsomething different if she knew beforehand. Read more
