Came here after attending a concert at CMAC. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the wait staff were good. We were... seated promptly, drinks came quickly, and food did too...however the food sucked. It looked and tasted like cheap frozen foodthat came out of a box. Not even the higher quality frozen food but the cheapest of the cheap frozen food. The only exception was the Asian chicken salad which was pretty good. We took advantage of some apps being half price late at night but the dip,boneless wings, etc. were just not good. They also had some drink specials and the beer was cold. When we were served our appetizer we were not given any plates to put them on. The Bourbon steak was very small, I had a very... small scoop of mashed potatoes. Service could have been better, for the price not much food. No bread or dinner rolls Won't beback any time soon. I can remember when Applebee's was a really good restaurant to go to. Not now! Food was awesome service was great. I played quick pick while I was there. Was Checking my tickets there was a guy at the bar... and asked if I won. I said yup 22. Handed my tickets to bartender and she said I won 19. I said gee I just checked my ticketsand it said I won 22. She handed me the 22 the guy at the bar just shook his head. I should have asked for a manager rightthen but we were with friends and I didn?t want to taint their experience. I am tempted to report the incident to NY lotterybut I trust that you will handle this internally Read more

Spent almost $100 on our order and the portions were nowhere close to accurate. I was delivered half the steak I paid for... (medium rare) and a fourth of that was burnt crisp. Our "loaded waffle fries" have practically no toppings. Our final order fromhere. Read more
Great food, great prices, great service! We were seated immediately and got food/drinks quickly. Our waitress kept our drinks... full and they were only 5 dollars each. We got chocolate cake to go and the waitress had some great recommendations about how toheat it up for the best taste at home. The honey chicken was nice and crispy, delicious sauce. Went for a double birthday! Food was good, service was pretty good too. I knocked a star off because, as a waitress, I find it... extremely offensive their "Your drink is free if our staff didn't blah blah blah...." with FREE in huge black letters. Itcreates conflict right off the bat and enables bad customers. Read more
