Supposed to be a whopper Junior very Disappointing. Wife got some new toasted melt and they didn?t even toast it
I hate to give a bad review but I was here a couple days ago and it was not great. #1 the drive thru I was in there close to 10... minutes from start to finish. Now this is on me I did check my order before I left I got home and noticed it was not my order.#2 I went back to get my original order and I didn't go through the drive thru. They noticed the order I didn't get but wasmaking other orders so I had to wait. While I was waiting everyone there didn't seem to be working a lot they were talkingmessing around. The drive thru I noticed still wasn't moving fast from where I was standing. #3 They finally started my order Ilet them know what I ordered and they got it done. It was done wrong because I didn't want cheese but they put it in bothburgers. I just took it toy car and took the cheese off and left because I didn't want to go through the while process again.This is the first time there that I wasn't happy with my order. I hope they get some workers in there that will actually beworking. But that is just how I felt when I went there this last time. Read more
The employees here at around 7:30 on 3/6/22 were more focused on yelling at one guy in the back doing all the work while five of... the others laughed and joked around in the front by the registers. Took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and fries. I amtypically very understanding of waiting and rush hours and inexperienced employees, or young employees. But this was absurd. Didnot feel safe here - one man walked in and immediately threatened my husband and I for looking at him while we waited for ourfood. Another man without a uniform hopped into the back and immediately started handling food. I presume this was anemployee...? Was looking to grab a quick bite to eat after cleaning for 6 hours, and was incredibly disappointed in the service,and total lack of professionalism shown by the staff. The food here is good but the customer service is not. Asked for a ?NEW? Brownie Batter shake that was advertised on the menu... board and the response I got was ?it?s discontinued?. The employees must completely hate their job or something because everytime I get Burger King here they look and sound miserable. If it is that hard to put a smile on your face and sound cheery for~45 seconds then I think you should should find a new industry to work in. Read more
Used the free Whopper coupon off the back of the receipt. Did not know you had to order a small fry and drink with that until we... got the receipt. We would have ordered differently. Got Whopper Jr meal no onion no mayo and chicken bacon meal and the freeWhopper. We would have ordered just a chicken bacon sand only if we knew about the other requirement to get the freeWhopper. Got my Whopper Jr with only lettuce and ketchup. So brought it back. Then the remake had onion. Finally on the thirdtry got it correct. Read more
