Always prompt service with friendly (but also normal, like not fake personality friendly) people. Food is delicious. A bit too... much cilantro in their mild salsa, but to each their own on that. I've always preferred Moe's in the past, but these guys aregood and now one of my go-to places in Canandaigua. Read more

We like Chipotle and frequent the Canandaigua location often. We are never disappointed, it is very clean and staff always... welcome us with a smile. Food portions are generous and everything seems to be made fresh and not sitting around. Definatelywill be back! Read more

I don't really like to write bad reviews but would like to spare people an experience. This place is so poorly managed. I... understand that staffing is diffiuclt, but leaving what was clearly 1 experienced person on with a bunch of others who knewpractically nothing seems like pretty poor management choices. The place was dirty, messy, chaotic, backed up. The food wasslopped together by someone who clearly was clueless. Felt bad for the one guy who seemed to be the only one who knew anythingtrying to train and do it all at the same time. The drinks were disgusting, I can't believe they were made correctly in themachines. My kids got drinks and said they couldn't drink them, it burned their mouths. I tasted and OMG how aweful. The foodwas not edible the way it was put together, we threw most of it away. The trash was overflowing, things were dirty, it waspathetic. I would never go there again, ever. If I could give it a negative number I would. Read more

I used to love this restaurant after going to it so much when we lived in Scottsdale (FLW Blvd). But the Canandaigua location?... It's like they aren't even part of the same corporation! The quality of the customer service, portions, presentation of thefood, the cleanliness of the store, the list could go on and on. I was shocked after I was told that I could have no vinnegrettebecause they were understaffed and had no one to make it that day, yet there were about 7-8 crew members literally standingabout talking, while the crew on the line scurried about, barely servicing the line of customers that was literally out of theirdoor! CLEARLY the owner of this location does not care about his business to allow it to be run in such a shabby fashion. Nomanager was in sight. No shift lead. Just astounding to say the least. It makes me leery to eat their food. Scary! They won't bein business too much longer if this keeps up. Canandaigua is a small city and word gets around and this location ALREADY has aquestionable reputation. Now you know why. Such a shame too. Read more

I came in to get some take out, literally the only customer in the store. Your staff members are just hanging out at the pop... machine while every single one of your tables are caked in peoples left over food. Every pan in the hot well looked like it?sbeen sitting there for hours not used. Your cooks are throwing fresh chicken on top of the old chicken. The worker couldn?t evenwrap the burrito. When I asked to speak the manager, and asked him why his restaurant was in the state that it was all he gaveme was excuses . That they had a 3k catering order first thing to start. What does a catering order have to with the up keep ofyour lobby. Store owners need to train there staff better and maybe get better qualified to run the store. The manager lookedreal young and seemed to have no accountability at that current moment. Read more

It was a little late in the evening when my family and I arrived, but that didn't stop the staff from being super nice and... helpful! It was my family's first time going to Chipotle and they absolutely loved it! The staff on duty where veryunderstanding and I give this Chipotle five stars ????! - Staff are super nice - Food was Great! Everything was very fresh -Prices weren't bad at all! - You can take your food to go or you have the option to stay (-: - There is Vegetarian options - Ican't speak for all Chipotles but the one I attended was wheelchair accessible. I?ve never loved going to this location because it?s always hit or miss. Tonight we ordered through the app and picked it up in... the drive thu. I didn?t look at my bowl until I got home, and I was given a bowl of meat. There was about 1/5 the amount ofrice, very minimal beans, and very minimal peppers. The entire bowl was meat and cheese. I called to speak with the manger ofthis location. After I spoke with the first employee and asked to speak to the manger, I heard the employee say ?Oooo, they wantto speak to the manger.? Followed by the employees laughing, as well as the manger as she was picking up the phone. I?m not sureif they thought it was on hold, but it wasn?t. The manger was apologetic and offered to re-make the bowl if I returned. Sincethat wasn?t an option, she wrote my name in a book that they keep at the register so next time I go I will get a free bowl. Iwill not be back. Read more

We did go in and order for dine-in, so maybe that makes a difference since a lot of people seem to have an issue with the pickup... service, but the time my husband and I went there, we were pleased with the service, the wait time, the staff AND the food! Itwas delicious. It didn't seem like anyone before or after us in line had to wait too long for their food from what I could tell,either. We went on a weeknight around dinner time. Read more
