A good place that apparently hired too many new people at once. Like others we got the wrong order (only one item was correct).... When I called to have it fixed, got put on hold for over 10 minutes and ended up calling on a second phone. Finally got someoneand was told to keep the food and that what we actually ordered would be here in 30 minutes. It took another hour for it to showup as we were getting ready to leave and call for a cancellation. The pizza box was smashed in. The foods good but they need toiron out the staff communication or improve their training. Will give them a second chance. Ordered only today one of their Crazy Tuesday $10 medium pizzas for first time and it had to be one of the worst, most tasteless... pizza pies I have ever ever experienced. So very dissapointed. Wonder if all the Perris are like this? Tried a couple of pieceshoping one would be better than the next but it wasn't the case --- I was forced to throw the rest in the trash. What a wasteof time, effort and money. Hardly any sauce, chewy crust (like cardboard), little to no seasoning and very few pepperonis.Maybe they cut back when its only $10.00?? Dominos everyday $7.99 large pizza with two toppings is by far better, larger, andmuch more seasoned and tasty. Their medium pan pizza is exceptional. These pizza places around Canandaigua have no idea how tomake a pizaa except perhaps possibly Pontillos. The problem with Pontillos is the exhorbitant pricing, so little value now forthe money. Can't opine on Salvatores, Green Front or Mark's Pizza except to say they are just expensive as Pontillos andtherefore I will not order from them. ***update. As on 12/21/21 I have yet to hear anything from the business or owner to try to rectify this situation... whatsoever*** I am beyond frustrated with my meal. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and peppers, an order of fries andgarlic parmesan wings with extra sauce. Once I arrive home I realize the pizza only has pepperoni on it so I call the store andam told they gave me the wrong pizza and to bring the pizza I currently have, back. Pretty sure that?s a major health codeviolation. I drive back to the store and the guy inspects the pizza and is ready to give it to the lady sitting behind me whosepizza it actually belongs to. The girl at the counter intervenes and tells me to take both pizzas home? so I did. Upon arrivinghome and inspecting the rest of my order I see that the wings are extremely dry and have no additional sauce. They are so driedout that when I tried to use a fork to cut one in half, it flew off of my plate and onto the floor. I have lived in Canandaiguafor 6 years and often tell my daughter, who is a big Mark?s/Pontillo?s fan, that Perri?s is better? I guess I have to now lether win this round of battle of the pizzas. Absolutely disgusting. I did not feel too well and my daughter just had a toothextracted? we truly were looking for a good cheat meal and a quiet/relaxing night in.
