Pizza is usually good. We preordered 3 pies for a Christmas party. When we opened the pizzas 1 was black on the bottom. We... called and told the employee what had happened. We were told it was their policy for us to drive the burnt pizza up to theirstore to prove it! We live over 20 minutes away! You can keep your policy and lose a lot of business. Read more
This was amazing. who ever made the pizza i ordered today needs a raise, and they need to keep them forever. The pizza was so... good, the amount of toppings was on point, it wasn't greasy. I've been going to Pizanos for what seems like almost 20 years now and it has always been superbly good, fresh, and just an... awesome experience overall. The staff is always nice and the slices are so good. Easily one of my favorites in the Rochesterarea. Don't hesitate to order anything from Pizanos :) Read more
Classic Canandaigua pizza spot. Enjoyable slices and subs and wings. Last visit was Oct 29 2022. Staff was beyond friendly... and it was busy because Dirty Blanket bluegrass was playing a show next door. But the food was delicious and the staff couldn'thave been friendlier. Thanks! Read more
