We love going to this Starbucks. They are fast and always get our order right.
I come here multiple times a week and I have had mostly good experiences. Most of the time service is great. However, I have... had my drink size messed up quite a few times now. Today I ordered a venti strawberry cream frap with extra strawberry andmatcha. I am assuming they heard me wrong through the drive thru, so they tried to give me a grande instead, so the girl at thewindow took my drink back and I believe they just threw it back in the blender with more ice because there is ice chunks so bigthey won?t fit through my straw and it?s all brown. The other time my frap size was incorrect they made a new one and let mekeep both. Read more
My order was beyond messed up && I asked for my drink to be double blended.. it wasn't, but thankfully it still tastes good
The entire Venti drink was 90% ice. Took two sips and it was gone?. Very disappointed.
