The place was clean.... But the food not very good. The chicken sandwich was just so so. My wife had the fish sandwich and there... was absolutely nothing on it. For $6.49 for a fish sandwich I would expect a lot more. Personally I think the drive to Kaiserand go to In-N-Out Burger would be well worth it ???? Read more
Burgerville has lost some of it's appeal.The fries aren't as good as they used to be & they have stopped making ice cream... sundaes. I MISS the hot fudge sundaes! :( And they are rather spendy for a fast food place.) But the double beef cheeseburgersare still yummy & they are a rare place to find halibut, instead of cod, if you have a taste for fish & chips. Read more

What I assume was the manager was a... condescending man more interested in flirting with the female employees than focus on customers. I?m mostly disappointed at the lack of attention to detail. I ordered two burgers configured in the most simplest of ways. The... whole order was meant to be super easy. Verbally confirmed by staff members three times. Yet still was completely wrong. Thatincludes messing up the drink as well. I don?t like a mess in the car. So I get plain burgers? plain I guess means everythingmessy on it to stain our clothes. Second time I?ve been burned. Once here and once in Hillsboro. Great food and service!!! Drive through was pretty busy but it seemed to move pretty quickly and my order was accurate. This... specific location in Canby does a lot for our community as far as helping with fundraisers to support kids in many differentactivities. Clean restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area. Don?t go to this location for speed or quality. I?m a big fan of Burgerville in general, but every time I?ve stopped by the... Canby Burgerville - at least five or six times in the last year - my order at various times of day seems to take around 8minutes, whether there is a long line or not. Three of those times there were no fries in my bag with a meal, and the mostrecent time my burger was cold, no fries, 6 minute wait after I got to the meal window? the fried green beans were hot at least.I?m not sure if it?s a management issue or kitchen organization.
