Buyers beware! Earlier this evening and ordered to meals. After being charged $38- (wow that is some expensive fast food) I only... received one meal. Unfortunately, I didn?t realize it until I got home and I live 20 minutes out of town. When I tried to call,repeatedly, and report the issue, they did not answer the phone. Everytime we go, the chicken is cold and seems old. They messed up our order too. KFC also changed the mashed potato and gravy... recipe, so disappointing. It's just not worth the money or time amymore! Read more
I ordered the chicken sandwich box meal, came with a sandwich, coleslaw, fries and Mac n cheese. The Mac and cheese was okay, it... was a little warm, didn't even feel hot. The coleslaw was whatever. Very small amount of fries!! And the chicken sandwich wasawful, it tasted tough, overcooked, dry, definitely not fresh. Not worth +$10 at all, not even $5. Someone needs to check thisstore and see if the food is being handled safely. I love most KFCs, their chicken is normally ?finger lickin? good? as they claim in the commercials. While that may be true, if... the food is served cold it really isn?t appetizing when you expected it to be hot. When I asked the staff to remake my orderthey were very short and snarky. I won?t be coming back, Lord knows if they did anything to my food when they remade it.Hopefully they replace the staff with employees that care about putting out a good product. Read more
Went thru the drive thru tonight (Wednesday). Order KFC and burgers. The 3 piece chicken was extra crispy (ordered regular) and... TINY for $12 meal. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was cold and hard as a rock. Got apple pies, awful flavor. The burgerwas good, fries, biscuits mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy were all great! Ran inside when we forgot to order extrabiscuits, inside was super clean, and service was good! In the drive thru, we were asked to park up front while they prepare ourorder, thinking it would all be fresh. Not so much. But What happened to the Colonel? Read more
