We had an issue w/the pizza we picked up. Long story short, I went back in to get a refund. I really wanted to give a shout out... to Tami and Matthew, their customer service was AMAZING! Not only did Tami give me a refund but said Matthew was already in theprocess of making another pizza. They even upgraded it to an XL. They really took the time to make it right because of this, myfamily and I will definitely be back! Read more
Staff was very nice and right there if you needed something. We will go back.
Staff were incompetent. They left my husband?s pizza out for 20 minutes and then realized they forgot about it. The guy took the... pizza, realized it had been out for too long, walked it over to the oven, thought about putting it in, then instead put it backin the box and gave it to my husband without reheating it. My husband asked ?is this still warm?? And the guy lied to his facesaying it was. The same employee also kept blaming his female coworker for every little thing even though he was at fault formultiple things as well. Read more
Never tried the food. The owners of the canby location appear to be veteran unfriendly so I would not even try and eat there. A... veteran appliec for a job, when they were hiring and could not even get an interview, and yet they are still hiring? Do ourveterans at least deserve an interview? I suggest all folks who support veterans boycott this establishment. Read more
Had a group of 12 that came in to have dinner. The staff was wonderful. They moved tables around, helped us set up crafts for... the kids and checked in with us many times to make sure we had what we needed. The food was great and we were able to feed agroup of 12 with leftovers for just over a $100. I was expecting to pay much more and received way more than I expected. We stopped in last month on a whim and were so happy to see smiling faces! Coming from Portland all we see are scared diaper... sheeple. We all enjoyed the pizza slices, friendly service and the company of normal people. We will be back next time we're inCanby! Read more
First and last time!!!! Ordered through door dash? Price verse Quality, this pizza sucked!!!! 26.50 are you F&@$!!? Kidding me.... Pepperoni extra pepperoni and olives- not even close. They told me I had to pay extra for the pepperoni on the other side. Whenwe paid for 7 toppings on the other half. Really!!!!!! No BBQ sauce on the boneless wings!!!!! Never again.
