Update to review....this place has done a 360. The new staff are well trained and service is much better than before. The drive... through can still have delays but most days it moves. I am happy with the improvement of service. Old Review: I wish that Icould give a NEGATIVE Star report. This used to be a great place but over the last few weeks it has gone down hill. You sit indrive thru for over 15 minutes (you can't leave the drive thru because of the way the drive thru is set up) Customer Service ishorrible. My order has been wrong several times a week or cold food. Not a good place to go. Drive the extra miles to anotherone and avoid this place. Read more
The people working here are incredibly rude, multiple times did she raise her voice at us when we were ordering. When we got to... the window they made us order again. On top of the slow service, they couldn't even be bothered to put the butter on the bagel. They gave me cold hard butter on the... side, which of course, is not easily spread on a bagel. I won't be back to this Dunkin. Read more
