Update to review....this place has done a 360. The new staff are well trained and service is much better than before. The drive... through can still have delays but most days it moves. I am happy with the improvement of service. Old Review: I wish that Icould give a NEGATIVE Star report. This used to be a great place but over the last few weeks it has gone down hill. You sit indrive thru for over 15 minutes (you can't leave the drive thru because of the way the drive thru is set up) Customer Service ishorrible. My order has been wrong several times a week or cold food. Not a good place to go. Drive the extra miles to anotherone and avoid this place. Read more
The people working here are incredibly rude, multiple times did she raise her voice at us when we were ordering. When we got to... the window they made us order again. They did not specify our drinks at all. Sandra however who was at the window was incrediblynice and very kind. I would only go again if Sandra was taking my order. Read more
On top of the slow service, they couldn't even be bothered to put the butter on the bagel. They gave me cold hard butter on the... side, which of course, is not easily spread on a bagel. I won't be back to this Dunkin. Read more
I feel at 15$ an hour employees need to pay attention, 7. $ for 6 donuts is not worth the frustration! Can't even get simple... order straight! 2 chocolate cake with sprinkles, and 4 raised chocolate frosted, in box 4 cake, 2 raise 2raised with sprinkle. Read more
It would be super helpful to read the order back. Cold brew foam is not the same thing as whipped cream. The woman working today... was very nice, I hope her coworker can be less abrasive. Many reviews are about wrong orders, poorly made drinks, and rudestaff. I hope the staff can get the training they need. Read more
Surprisingly slow service. I was second in line inside and it took almost 10 minutes for me to order one hot drink. The... employees didn?t seem organized or in sync. They also didn?t display a very friendly and welcoming attitude. This wasparticularly surprising since this Dunkin shop is inside a cute little country store and Irving gas station building. Incomparison to other Dunkin donuts shops in the area, this place has some work to do. I blame management for being inattentive todemand and the lines that form inside as well as in the drive-through. Also, must be difficult to hire and train people to beattentive and polite. Reading other people's reviews, I didn't experience any issues. Only a sense of nervousness from my server. Coffee ? was good,... though my server seemed surprised I asked for decaf. Munchkins were, well, Dunkin's. You can use iPay/Android pay forpurchase. Drive thru available. Update: Sunday morning ????, October 2022; Good service!
