This breakfast place is very quick and caring. They forgot one item on one of my previous orders but they made sure to include... the item on my next order and even gave me more stuff for free. In the current economic climate where there?s price hike onfood, vegetables, fruits and more, they still find it important to keep the customer happy, and so for that, thank you for yourhumanity. Good service and great food. Perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast date or Sunday brunch.

The food and the service were really good but the table was very "sticky". That being said, I understand that there's a shortage... of people at the moment and brunch restaurants are very busy at certain times. The second time, everything was really good. I won't be returning to this restaurant. For the first time in 6 years in Québec province I am so disappointed of the food... served. My rating is 2 stars, not 1, only because the staff was friendly and it is not their fault that the food is not good.The menu contains beautiful advertising photos, nothing to do with your plate. I ordered a breakfast from the healthy choicesection, I received a plate with 2 eggs soaked in water and vinegar, some fruits, 2 pieces of cheese. Somehow incomplete plate.On aside: 2 pieces of sandwich bread, toasted. We also had some concers with how unclean the plates sides and cuttlery looked. Read more

I have been to many Ben and Florentine locations in the past and this is the first time that I have been very disappointed.... First, my tea arrived and there was a lip print (pink lipstick) on the mug, in the middle of a pandemic, really? When ourbreakfast finally arrived, let's say my eggs Benedict did not look like the one advertised on the place mat. It did not lookappetizing at all. There was way too much Hollandaise sauce and the consistency was way too thick and it coagulated. Next, thespinach was not even cooked, not blanched. Plus, an egg yolk was missing! When I cut into one of the English muffins, the runnyegg yolk was on one side only. The other side was just egg white, no yolk. Come on! Is that why it was covered in so much sauceso I would not notice? Unfortunately, I will never come back to this Ben and Florentine. Read more
