Food took a very long time to arrive even though we were quick to order. Mussels are tiny and not worth the cost. Salmon sashimi... was tasty, but portion was miniature and is therefore not good value for money. I recommend the risotto - tasty and good servingsize. Read more

The same way we give good feedback we shall give bad. I had a change to have q great time at la Reserva 2-3 times before. We... even had a moment where one of the waiters remembered us. Which was epic. Now today we had a friend birthday at the place. LaReserva was not even half capacity and one of the dishes for the people on the table was forgotten. As a excuse a second waitersaid she could give an extra appetizer, when the table had already eaten appetizers and ha ordered main dish. The worst is thatyou have to hear "the best I can do". I am very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I'm not to suggest anyone yo go to the placeanymore. Btw the risotto was terribly cooked as they did too fast. Not only salty but far from creamy. The service and the food was amazing. It's a small, unassuming steak house nestled in a strip mall, but the resto is 1st class.... And Hugo, our host was terrific. Will definitely go back and bring friends and family with us. Very impressed with thisrestaurant! Keep up the good work! Read more

Fantastic food and decently priced. Cant go wrong with either the shrimp rolls, veal meatballs or calamari as an appetizer.... Although located in Candiac, it's a 10 min drive from dix30 (If you're looking for a location with less traffic than dix30) Read more

Small portions, but great flavour. A bit dark, but beautifully decorated. If you drink just water, it will be warm. And for some... reason, the floor was extremely slippery, everywhere. Lovely terrace. Read more

Delicious food from s-tartare to finish! We went for lunch. Everything we ordered was excellent and the service was super. They... even accommodated two mommies and their babies by giving us a comfortable booth. We will definitely return. Read more

We came to la Réserve for my birthday. So high expectations were in full effect. I had been told previously that la Réserve... had a fantastic dish composed of homemade French fries with truffle oil and parmigiano reggiano, but couldn't find it on themenu. When I asked the waiter about the dish, he explained that they have not had that on the menu since January 2018, when theychanged up the menu. (They regularly change their menu with the seasons if i correctly understood.) He did however ask the chefif it would be possible to make some for us, and we got the great news on his return that we could still order some! Great newsl. La réserve is a place you go to eat the meat. If you're a vegetarian, you won't have very many options outside of theseafood, granted you actually eat that. Speaking of the meat, you can find a fantastic assortment of carefully 30-day aged meatswith the according price points affixed to them, with some particular cuts being their specialty. The Tomahawk is the mostimpressive of these, but they unfortunately did not have any cuts of that left over. But not to fear, we got the opportunity totry their delicious, soft, tasty, tender Rib Cut and the delicious New York Sirloin, as well as the risotto veal burger and thepan-seared scallops. As Entrees go, the selection was excellent and we ordered multiple to share. The beef and salmon tartarwere delicious, with the salmon tartar having a nice little kick to it, but our biggest favorites were by far their homemadeporc and shrimp dumplings and their homemade lobster tortellini, which was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned for you toenjoy the flavour of the lobster. The wine menu was extensive enough, with our favorite bottle of the night being the MallorioMontepulciano, and our waiter was even kind enough to bring us 2 rounds of shots on the house between our courses, which took anunderstandably long time to prepare. The presentation was excellent, the food was fantastic, and for s Read more
