waited over 30mins for my mobile order in drive thru. staff confirmed my order before handing it to me so i gave an extra star.

ALL burgers that we ordered doesnt look edible at all. It was very messy, sauces all over the place, cheese was out, looked like... it was punched, stomped on, yeeted, and thrown. We ordered at Oct 22, 2022 at around 11:30 AM. Whoever the sandwich maker is, ifyou don't like your job, please at least respect the food and people who are eating it. Read more

For those who like their breakfast you won't be disappointed. The disappointment is in the extremely slow service. It took over... 20 minutes to get a egg/bacon mcmuffin trio and they managed to get the coffee wrong. Read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to across the entire country. 15 minutes for three breakfast trios when the... restaurant is empty? 20 minutes standing in drive thru lineup just to order?! And only to get the wrong stuff. This is thesecond time someone makes a mistake with items I paid extra for!! Very angry and will avoid this location for good. Read more

Went to eat inside. Garbagea overflowing, tables dirty, floors dirty and the drink machines were mostly out of order. They also... forgot a fork for my poutine and then forgot to put sugar and cream in my coffee. Had to go back to the counter twice. Veryrunned down.. surprisingly since the building is new. They miss items in my order almost every time. I can?t trust them with a take-and-go, instead, I have to stay at the pickup... window or the counter to carefully check my order, and most likely it would be another 5 minutes for them to fix the missingitems. Read more

Look. For the past few weeks, the service has been horridly slow. You can easily wait for 20,30,45+ minutes for a single iced... coffee in the curbside pickup spot. By the time it arrives, the ice is already melted. Every time I go there thinking it?s beenfixed, I end up frustrated. All the customers inside are irritated too. I don?t blame the workers, they?re young and it?s Okay.They?ll get better. It seems like the management team is absent and/or deficient. Also, it?s super cold inside, maybe you couldturn down the A/C a bit? Il fait frette en maudit. Very disappointed with this place. They have a massive un signalled pothole in their parking lot which clearly damaged my car,... and when i contact them, they refer me to some lawyer who tries to put the blame on me (see screenshot). I have provided themwith a dealership estimate of 1k and they say it?s exaggerated. I am looking for people who had the same issue to take actionand get reimbursed, as it is their due care towards their customers. Please reply to this comment if you were affected by thepothole.
