I went to the local Tim's near my place and had ordered three large ice caps along with two chipotle wraps and an english muffin... with bacon. All three of the ice caps were 3/4 full and when I asked about the reasoning of having a medium ice cap but beingcharged for a large, their explanation was that this was the new obligations that were put into place. I had disagreed with thelady at the window and said that other Tim Hortons establishments filled it to the top of the cup just before the lid isattached as that is the proper amount. She had said that I was wrong and that these "new" regulations are set only allowing theemployees to fill the cups to the fourth white line after being whipped. If this is the case then Tim Hortons has seriously hitan all time low. This specific location used to be amazing before the new staff was hired. I've had another experience with thissame place where I had asked for a chipotle wrap and was served a Tim club. I had said that I paid for the wrap I'd like toreceive the wrap. The lady looked lost and confused until I showed her my receipt and only then did she comply with me. Lookslike this location is lowering its standards for their products and their staff. Read more
