Pizzas were ready on time and the meat lovers was great. The Hawaiian had very little pineapple.
If it's not one thing, it's another with this pizza hut. This one star is for the overall experience I've had here on multiple... occasions and not just one bad experience. Messed up orders (at least three separate times), over an hour long wait time fordelivery that ended up getting outsourced to door dash by Pizza Hut (the last time), and this store's website crashing on meevery few seconds until I gave up trying to place an order using my rewards points (this time), I have officially decided totake my business to a different franchise from now on. Pizza hut is the largest pizza franchise in the country, and it's clearthey aren't concerned with their customers now that they are comfortably at the top. My advice to anyone as upset the them asme: give your money to a different company. Read more
Silly very good, they could run more specials on their classic pieces like their meat lovers and pepperoni and lovers and things... like that. But all in all I do like it better than Marcos or Little Caesars or Domino's. Papa John's now they got a great pizzatoo and they have cinnamon Pizza and Pizza Hut just has cinnamon sticks that you dip in icing. The one thing I would changeabout Pizza Hut is that I see their car driving up and down the road right below my house but they won't deliver to my housethey said it was out of their range? I tried twice to place a carry out order. Both times i was hung up on. A different person answered the phone each time. It... was at 9pm, an hour before closing on October 24th. I called the weaverville location and will.continue to do so. Read more
Ordered $70 worth of pizza and pasta, 2 pizzas made incorrectly, 1 undercooked (raw dough) pictures below. Called 6 times,they... passed the phone around like a game,when you ask for a manager! Drove back there to have the lady tell me she's worked there 7years,she knows what the dough is supposed to look like. We were refunded for the under cooked pizza and told if we wanted ourfood remade it would be over 30 minutes. Avoid this store,or cross your fingers and hope you didn't just throw your money away.The crust was clear and doughy in the center..not worth $70! Hell not worth $5! We have ordered pizza from pizzza hur for forty years. However this last ordee was upsetting to both my husband and I. Our pizza... had not been cut. Their were hardly any topping on my pizza which was a veggie. My husband ordered a supreme. His pizza had notbeen cut either. His pizza didnt hardly have any topping on it either. This was upsetting to us both. We had spent 40.00dollors. The dough on both of our pizzas was not done in the middle neither pizza hardly had any cheese on it. Only place that would deliver because everyone is so short staffed. Called me because some of the directions I left weren?t... showing up and was very nice, when I opened the door to grab the pizza he even helped us by closing the door in time before ourchihuahua ran out of our house.
