Ordered for 3 people to pick up for lunch. Not hot. None of the rolls were in our bag the noodle soup was just noodles no broth.... The French dip pot roast half sandwich was cold amd very soggy .I called the restaurant and was told I could come back for therolls which I could not as lunch break was over. The lady said yes that's how the soup comes. I said it's noodles no broth areyou sure she said yes the noodles absorb all the broth. It's not soup. Just ate dinner on Thanksgiving at Bob Evans.(My family will gather fri instead due to work schedule)To my surprise the staff... was very upbeat and energetic.Camaraderie was unreal. Food was pretty decent, but the staff took it to another level, manager isan awesome guy. Watched him walk around and kept everybody upbeat, high fiving and motivating. Special guy. Peppers and onions in my home fries were raw when they came out. Sent them back and still were lightly cooked.
They only had one cook! My food was mostly over cooked (Potatoes) burnt and (toast) burnt! Under cooked eggs and vegetables! Not... to expressed but not all there fault. People who want to work are hard to find! Sad really no work ethic in people anymore! Read more
Great food! Great service! And their bathrooms were very clean. Tables were sanitized after people left. All staff that I saw... were wearing masks. Looked to me like they were doing everything they could to be CDC compliant. Over all, a nice visit. Read more
This Restaurant was a pleasant one & Our Beautiful " Pregnant" Waitress was PERFECT!! She was professional, friendly, out going... & super attentive!!! So great, that We "Matched her "Tip", to the total bill." :) We went here on My Birthday, Jan. 16th,2021, for "Brunch":) and than,.....My wonderful Husband drove us to the JEEP Dealership, following 'Brunch@BobEvan's" and boughtMe a Brand NEW 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4×4! I eat at Bob Evans frequently across the state. I like the consistency with their food. Good service with most locations.... Service and food has slowed abit post pandemic but still very consistent. Read more
